Room was excellent with modern style interiors. Staffs were efficient. I had my meal in the restaurant it was fantastic in taste. It's quite a nice hotel.

I have visited many hotels in mumbai but this is best hotel in mumbai.The staff is very polite and friendly.There is proper room service.Food is very delicious.I would like to visit again.I suggest all who will come in mumbai to choose oberoi hotel as first option

If you have seen the Wes Anderson movie "Grand Hotel Budapest", I think the Oberoi Mumbai is about as close as you can get in the real world. Such an attentive staff! it even has a lobby "boy" in a uniform like the one from the movie, except white instead of purple. It also has a TV just for the bath tube. The pool is surprisingly nice given the location on the roof in this very urban area. The breakfast is wonderful and the breakfast staff very attentive.

Well i stayed at the Oberoi for two days, the hotel really offers fantastic hospitality and great customer service. Oberoi hotels has always maintain their standards for a longer period,that is the reason they are ranked on the World"s Best Luxury Hotels.My stay was a remarkable stay, right from the Front office till the Room service every employee of the hotel offered a great customer service to each and every guest.I would definately mention this hotel to each and every guest, this hotel offers exceptional food also with great location. Lastly, would like to thank each and every employee of the hotel ,also great thanks to the management for having superb learning in customer satisfaction which you can see the reflection in their employees.
