We were new to Mumbai & we were six people, the reception staffs did not helped us is assisting cab service, they were rude and their behavior was bad. They kept all of us waiting to get the complimentary breakfast which was not acceptable as we were getting late. I don't suggest this hotel for unknown/new travellers.

The standard room was dirty not cleaned properly. Staffs were very poor in their service. Not happy with the stay.

We felt it was below standard hotel. Room were quite shabby and uncomfortable. Food was average in taste. Staff were rude and unprepared. Their amenities (internet facility) too didnt meet my expectation. I stayed many times in mumbai but it was my worst experience.

The entire property was not up to the profile. The room look like a third grade except the reception there was no proper service. The food arrangement was pathetic and also its overcrowded.
