Service is very slow. Need to keep reminding them of requests. Access key didnt work and had to request 5-6 times but finally got replacement key the next day at the reception.

Attending a lions club meeting. Amazed to see the property. Excellent rooms with ample space. Very spacious bathrooms with all amenities. Butler on assistance. Equally good banquets. After a long time I could cherish vegetarian food served during the meeting. Only suggestion to have some chairs and tables in lunch area. Very hospitable staff.

Imran the manager at the reception helped us a lot. From earlt checkin to late check out he made sure our stay was smooth and hassle free. Ganapathi who helped us for check also deserves a shout out. Harshad, Arvind and Winson at the 37th floor lounge/Bar made sure our cocktail hours were most enjoyable moments of the day. Also Rakesh the manager at the restaurant made sure his chefs served delicious dinner in the middle of the night with a smile. I didnt had a Tripadvisor ID had to make one to write this. Thank you.

We had our internal conference at St Regis and we put up at the hotel itself. Must say, this has been one of the better stays I have had thus far. The overall Marriott-Sheraton group is definitely doing well to manage its brands like St Regis. This is actually the first hotel where the temperature was optimal, breakfast was sublime and the overall experience was great!

Overall, the St. Regis in Mumbai was clean, modern and staff were courteous but it doesn't bill up to most of the St. Regis properties globally. The property itself was well kept, room was clean and modern with the fine details that St. Regis is known for. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing but we did stay for 6 nights, and there was barely any change in any of the dishes. When brought up that it would be good to have some different dishes, the senior gentleman who was attending to us, reply was that it was still the best spread in town although it stayed the same.....not something you want to hear. Staff was friendly and helpful, but overall service was slow. It took several phone calls to get things done, with the standard answer being it will be done in "5 minutes", and after calling back in over 10 minutes, the answer would be the same. One thing that was the shining light of this hotel was their butler service. We were lucky to have Jonathan Soeino as our butler during our week there, and he was top notch. not only was he presentable, friendly, knowledgable about what to do, well spoken; he went out of his way to help us even when we was not on duty. That is a testament to both the St. Regis and his personality. Overall i would say that the stay was good but not amazing.

The place is superb for any business meet or get together.the food was awesome,ambience very soothibg and courteous staffs,made the visit quite a memorable one.would recommend highly for business get togethers as well as leisure

Demo Trip We were on the 34th floor. Close to the party spaces on 37 & 38 floors. Some additonal sound proofing could be installed to reduce sound and bass penetration into 34th floor rooms.
