Service is very slow. Need to keep reminding them of requests. Access key didnt work and had to request 5-6 times but finally got replacement key the next day at the reception.

Great hotel, nice friendly staff and good location. Rooms were very comfortable and amenities good. Although I have stayed in better St Regis hotels, I was pleased with this one. Great butler service.

stayed 4 nights in january 2016 booked 3 rooms 9 months before and 2 days before arriving they cancelled 1 room and I had to go to vivanta by taj president hotel and because of that my family was divided obviously want go there again and will tell everyone about it

I have been a long stay guest with St Regis and it has been a comfortable stay. The people are warm and welcoming. Aditi has done a brilliant job in making the hotel feel like home. Zibraan and Neeraj are on top of their game and we're extremely instrumental in making the stay brilliant. Marium has been on immense help and knows the best places to visit. She also sent boxes of chocolates and comfort food when I was unwell which was a heart warming gesture. The hotel has several amenities and has something for everyone. A business centre and a library to work in. It has a good collection of books and gives the guests a chance to catch up with work by escaping the business of the city. The pool area is extremely relaxing and one of my favourite places in the hotel. The hotel also has a club named Exo and a lounge Luna Nudo. Both good music and a lively atmosphere. The restaurants managed by Ravi, S.K and Aida work as a well oiled machine. The buffet is seven kitchens is impressive and the food at sahib room is delicious. The Mumbai masala drink at Sahib room is a must try. The restaurants have been kept up to its mark with the help of Raju, Jay, Nikhal, Parvez, Shaadab and each and every staff member. Special shout out to Ambadas who has been there when needed and deserves much appreciation for his efforts. Welcoming you at the transit sayonika and Bhavya have been a delight to see and speak to. Also highlighting an important feature the butler service managed by Satender. As St Regis is known for this service they provide undoubtedly it needs to be head by someone who can carry the weight on their shoulders which Satender does flawlessly. Also mentioning Aditi again who goes out of her way to comfort the guests. Her efforts are seen specially during the extra mile she went to organise a Diwali party for the guests which was a moving gesture. Zibraan is an integral cog in running the show and keeps thing running smooth. Marium just as her colleagues is extremely hard working and her efforts put in do not go unnoticed. She had always been warm and extremely helpful no matter what time of the night you need her help. The hotel is well maintained and the house keeping service has been prompt. Thanks again to Sailesh and Datta who have helped maintain the standards of the hotel through their housekeeping services. The hotel has been like a home. They people here made it feel that comfortable. Efforts have been made by all the staff members on every department. Special thanks to Carold, Tudhsar from seven kitchens, Sunil from security and Surinder from the vallet parking.

Love this hotel and been there 5 times now. The recent experience in Feb 2017 was the best as the staff are very friendly and very obliging. The hotel has the best breakfast in Mumbai with a great selection of food.

Demo Trip We were on the 34th floor. Close to the party spaces on 37 & 38 floors. Some additonal sound proofing could be installed to reduce sound and bass penetration into 34th floor rooms.
