I had booked into the hotel through TravelGuru. When I reached the reception, the information was well within their access, and all I had to was just sign and check in. The quality of the Room service and the food was excellent this time. I was dropped off at the domestic airport in their nicely maintained Innova , and I was the only person in the morning trip. All without a fuss . Keep it up.

A lovely hotel - rooms are equipped with all facilities. They have 3 restaurants at the hotel. Carafe their coffee shop has a great ambience. Staff are quick to attend to your needs. Being close to the airport is a big advantage.

Business hotel near Sakinaka metro station...... has a bakery in the lobby too.... Reception has phone charging station. Rate includes breakfast. On 4th floor, there is a spa too. But be cautious of the room you choose at times in the night there is thumping disco sound.

Went there in the evening to have a Sheesha and snacks at Opal Cafe on the 7th floor. Nice place to rewind after a hectic day with some beer and Sheesha. The staff were friendly and suggestions given for the selection of food was great.

The best part about this hotel is its location. It is very close to the T@ of Mumbai Airport Now about the Rooms: The rooms are available in both smoking and non-smoking category The size of the rooms is good with decent furniture The fixtures are old and showing their age and crying for change desperately The service levels are OK but nothing to write home about The breakfast buffet was mediocre with limited variety in everything and average tasting food. I would say that the airport lounge food at Mumbai Airport was better than the food that i tasted here

There is rust everywhere. the buttons dont work, everything seems aged - the age of dinosaurs. Overly expensive bar. A pint of beer Rs400. The breakfast was very good though. food was tasty. very good location.
