The hotel front staff need better grooming, as they are totally incompetent. Overall, though the rooms are fine, the location of the hotel makes it quite an expensive stay.

It was a reasonable stay and experience was not so great but overall it was a good hotel. The room was clean and spacious and service was prompt. The staff was attentive and location was also decent. The food was bit expensive but awesome in tastes.

The experience was satisfactory and I didn't face any inconvenience throughout my stay. The room was well up to the standard and staff was hardworking. They were consistent with their effort. The food was hygienic and location was also suitable to go around the city. I will surely visit this hotel again.

Careless reception staff. I begged for Internet everyday. I agreed to pay for the entire duration the moment i arrived but they disconnected me every day and then I had to wait for hours to get it back. It costed me much business. I will never go back and will tell all my business to never even try it. The hotel is nice but its a shame that due to some inexperienced staff the investors will loose lot of money. They did not even have enough money to change 100 euros most of the time.
