The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional in every way. The bed was clean, comfortable and I slept well there. The hotel us near Ghatkopar Metro station. Room was nice and quiet considering how close it is to the airport. The rooms though do not look like anything like the photos displayed on booking.com especially the first room they gave me which was a little dirty and very grubby looking. After my first night there I mentioned this to the reception staff, who to be frank didn't seem that surprised but they did offer to change my room which I accepted and that room was better, bigger and cleaner but still nowhere near the standard I thought I was getting from the photos. I certainly think there are nicer, better and cheaper hotels out there so have a look around.

Everything is so difficult in this place. The whole place smells of fungus. Even if the bell boy was kind enough to spray some room fresher, it was clearly adding more smell to an already stinking room. The beds where you can feel the spring of thr mattress is clearly not my idea of a bed. The food from the in room dining was absolutely trash. I had ordered a paneer signature dish from there menu. The paneer was completely stale and sour. Extra bread would take 20 mins I was informed. Hot water in the shower is barely warm. And by the way they will not give an invoice for an airport pickup. And you can't pay by card. Glad to checkout.

As soon as I entered the gate...I was wondering How will it be. As when I booked it was mentioned Saki-naka and then it turned out to be in Ghatkopar, 15 minutes in metro from saki-naka metro station and 10 minutes walking distance from metro. When I checked in the Room there was a pungent smell which we get when the Room is closed for a long time. However then we found that the chair was broken!! Thank god we didn't fall off. Food we ordered was poor. Good points : 1.Breakfast was best.. Very Nice! 2.Bell boys were extremely supporting. 3.Reception guy was good at communicating, was polite.

Stayed at The Roa for couple of days as part of the Corporate booking. Used to reach after work, so, not days exactly. The rooms & bath were clean, with necessities. Food is good. Few comments: the pillow covers were not changed, were reused (with hairs!). Remotes were not working, so no entertainment. Extremely closer to Airport, so you can hear flights take off and see and hear them land. Checked with the reception if they could arrange to provide early breakfast/ or take out breakfast for next day, as i had to leave early morning, the answer was - call the restaurant and check! Next day morning, requested for a 6 a.m team, reply was - restaurant does not start so early in the morning.

The hotel is a big disappointment. Though situated in a prime location in Ghatkopar area, the service provided by this hotel is pathetic. The food is ordinary. The breakfast spread is poorer than a 2 star hotel. Though we had asked for an extra bed prior to the reservation and also at the time of check in, it was not provided. Very unprofessional attitude displayed by the reception lady. Strongly advise travellers to give this hotel a miss.
