The location is bit odd and surrounded by consturction sites. Due to which it made transportation bit difficult for us. Otherwise it is a worthpaying hotel and we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The hotel coffee shop offers a wide selection of cakes, pastries and also other light meals such as sandwiches and salads. They have an espresso machine for coffee based beverages and besides these also offer smoothies and juice blends to drink. The cake was excellent and the coffee good. It offers a nice break from the larger hotel area to get some work in on your laptop.

The hotel is the heart of the city, Bandra and easy to reach. As far as the services go, they were pretty hospitable. My check-in time was in the afternoon but I entered the hotel much earlier. I was carrying luggage and had a plan to attend a conference. They kept my bags without check-in safely and I got them back late at night when i checked in. Check in was quick and the room arrangements were fantastic. The ambience, lighting and the coziness inside are admirable. Also, it is a good space for a professional to also work from. I attended a few meetings in the room and even recorded a few videos that came out really well. All facilities were well provided inside the room that had complimentary fruits besides the coffees and the fridge was packed with fruits, chocolates, snacks, and drinks to choose from.

The hotel is centrally located, rooms are clean and has a good view of the swimming pool. Breakfast spread is really good and has a wide variety to choose from. The restaurant staff are very helpful and service is excellent. The reception and housekeeping staff are equally good. The hotel has a free drop and pickup service within BKC, which is very convenient. Our flight was in the evening and we were allowed to check out late. Overall our stay was very enjoyable
