It was not up to the standard of five star property. There were a lot of hidden charges which they didn't disclosed and the staff was untrained and often delayed the order. The room was comfortable but food was not so special.

We tried the restaurant food, it was fantastic in taste. Room was clean and neat with all the facilities. Staffs are prompt and quick in their service. The hotel is located in a very good place.

The deluxe ocean view room was spacious with all the facilities. Staffs are fabulous in their service. The food was great.

This hotel is situated in one of the most happening locality in Mumbai. The view of sea was beautiful. The room was fresh and full of facilities. The interior was attractive. The staff was professional and they served me the best. The restaurant was well arranged and the food was tasteful. It was an expensive hotel but it was really worth the price.

Better than Trident Chennai, but still quite dry and mechanical for a vibrant city like Mumbai. It doesn't help that the glorious Oberoi property in conjoined. Super noisy lobby, the open cafeteria in this super noisy and shabby lobby area has no character cant even have a simple meeting here coz of the sheer ruckus created in this zone! Staff is not consistently excellent...check in area uniforms were more dirty than a road side dhabha's cook, meat was served erroneously to vegetarian guests, intrusive calls were made to the room and impolite cleaning staff. The breakfast service was questionable...there is an actual waiting line...long one! Worst still, there is a differential (more premium) breakfast area for foreign guests....really??!! Pool area and an adjoining exotic garden area was the saving grace earning an extra rating from me.

The Trident at Nariman Point, Mumbai has been an iconic hotel in South Mumbai for over 50 years. It has a great location....and that is where the good ness kind of comes to a grinding halt. The rooms are not contemporary now ( no master switch to put on/off the lights), the corridors look out of place with the 60s look, the attention to details of a typical Oberoi property is missing - switch loose, curtain ring missing in the shower curtain, no spoon to stir the tea. The meals at Firangipani was just about OK. The fare was a bit too limited in the ala carte menu. Like they are doing to their Delhi hotel, this place too needs to be shut down and completely done up afresh.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. It is beautiful designed, excellent service. The room was comfortable, and beautiful, and the food in the restaurant was very good. We strongly recommend staying in this hotel.

The hotel decoration was very nice. Room was spacious with mini fridge, safety box, water, fruits and coffee tea. Only problem I encountered was their wifi. I got very weak or no signal in my room, I complained and their IT staff placed a router in my room. The wifi signal had indicated was strong on my iPhone but I couldn't even send out a text message. Their IT staff had no idea why. Ps: they had security check when in & out of the hotel each time.

Visited here as we arrived in Mumbai and the driver was waiting for us. He was very pleasant and pointed out various places of interest on our journey. We were met by a lovely man who showed us straight to our room and completed the checkin there which was a lovely touch after such a long journey. We went out for our evening meal and when We returned the same man arrived at our room with some little desserts for us and a small Gift from the hotel. Another lovely touch. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Many staff but sometimes a little slow - maybe need better directing at times. Visited the pool area which is basic but adequate and the bar for a drink which was nice. All staff we met were polite and courteous and helpful. Couldn't ask for more.
