It was an excellent stay in this hotel. Breakfast was complimentary but when I asked in the hotel they took extra for the breakfast.

Well its location was very nice. It is in the main commercial area of Mumbai. My room had a city view and was very comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly. This hotel is attached with The Oberoi.

The met every expectation and then some. Over the top in Hospitality! We stayed with them for nearly 3 weeks and the staff made us feel at home and special. I am sure we will be staying here again. We would highly recommend staying here.

I was completely disappointed with the service & quality of the room service. Let me begin with room. My stay was for 1 night & suddenly around 2.00 -2.30 am I could hear a loud nosie which disturbed my sleep. The same was repeated after a couple of min once again. Around 10.30.pm I asked the concierge to provide me the DVD details which I didn't receive till my checkout. The next morning when I complained this to duty manager she just said sorry & as she was obliging me she reduced my bill by aprox Rs 1200/- . This was very disgusting as after paying such a heavy amount for stay of 1 night, they feel that instead of helping the guests they can oblige by just reducing a small amount. Certainly I had not expected such a poor service from Oberoi Trident group which is known for it's impeccable service & which I myself has experienced before. The only positive thing which I can remember is from the restaurant & special thanks to Chef Santosh.

My wife & daughter checked into the trident for 2 nights.... Check in process took 40mins... I had specifically requested for 1 King bed with sea facing... The lady insisted on giving us a room with 2 beds until I put my foot down Room service on an average took an hour... Overall very dissapointed with the trident....

This legendary hotel at Nariman Point in Mumbai is one of the most prolific hotels in Bombay. The view of the ocean is one of a kind and the service is exceptional. Restaurant and Verandah cafe are really good options for food and late night drinks.

Stayed here for a wonderful wedding in February 2017, and was very impressed with the hotel. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, and the rooms were modern and fresh. The view was fantastic as well, and the pool is serene in a busy city. Great location for the hotel - located right along marine drive, and only 15 mins walking from sights like the Gateway to India.
