Great place to stay in Munnar. There are lots of big / mid size 3 star hotels on the same road, but to have a truly amazing time, this place is highly recommended. Location is great, amidst cardamom plantation. Though the valley view is blocked by tall trees, you do get a lovely view of the surrounding forest. early morning cup of tea on the balconies overlooking the mist enveloped forest is an amazing experience. Rooms are larger than standard hotel rooms, with separate luggage space and very clean, nice large airy bathrooms( with view too). All rooms have a sitout or balcony facing forest with cane loungers. And the best part is the food they serve. Absolutely fantastic. Tried indian moghlai, chinese and kerala cuisine and all were superb. And meals best enjoyed on your balcony instead of the dining hall.

I had such a lovely stay here. I was travelling alone and stayed for 2 nights. From check in to check out I had a very positive experience. The room was large and very comfortable, I had a balcony with a lovely view, the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly warm, attentive and very competent. I would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful stay and Lovely Place Peaceful stay and Lovely Place

Peaceful stay with the touch of Nature. Booked a standard room, but since less rush was there, got upgraded to Deluxe room. Room was really good with nice bathroom. Nearby room we had view towards the hill, and in morning it was covered with Mist and was really lovely to watch!! Enjoyed birds and crickets chirping and we got a visitor one night. The hotel staff took the bird away and fed it with food and water and the next day it flew away. Another visitor was "half arm sized cricket" and needed Hotel staff to shoo it away. The hotel is before reaching Munnar city and the drive towards the Hotel is an adventurous one as the roads are really narrow and will be difficult after its dark. But enjoyable one if are good on wheels!! Hotel staff were really courteous and well mannered. Complimentary Breakfast and Dinner was also great not excellent.. still enjoyable. Would recommend for couples/family at deluxe rooms. Next time will try to experience how standard rooms are. It was said that all facilities were present in standard rooms as was in deluxe rooms except the rooms is of less space compared to. You will be passing all tea gardens on the way and the area of this hotel is situated between cardamom plants. If you ask well in advance to hotel staff they will be able to arrange good quality Cardamom for you!

Bracknell Forest is a little far from the Munnar city. Since the roads are very narrow, it is better to avoid driving after 7pm. The rooms are very spacious and cleanliness is well maintained. A cup of hot tea in the balcony with the forest view can be enjoyed the best that adds to the morning weather at Munnar. Alacati is available for lunch and dinner at reasonable price which is also served at the room (though the taste is not that great). Overall a pleasant stay, good hospitality, nice experience...!!!

Nice place.... Nice place....

We stayed at this place through our package tour booking with travel planners... The property is nice and food was good... Getting there is going to a bit tricky if you are self driving. but self driving could be a challenge any where in munnar with narrow ghat roads and fast traffic...View was ok as the rooms were very close to garden forest trees... It sure will give the pleasure of staying close to nature with all birds chirping etc.,
