When we reached the Hotel on 22nd May, the Hotel seemed to be worth the price we paid. However the location is very bad considering the Hotel to be on a scenic city like Munnar. Also the photographs shown by Hotel having a Tea Estate at its backyard is absolutely wrong. The Hotel does not have any Tea Garden nearby. After staying for one day we decided to extend our stay by one more day, however when we approached the Hotel directly they told some weird prices which is almost double of what i paid to TravelGuru. Then i decided to book another day calling travelGuru and after booking and getting the confirmation, the Hotel staff did not entertain the booking of TravelGuru for the extended stay. After calling TravelGuru for 3-4 times the issue finally got sorted next morning leaving us hanging all ours plans. Moreover the Hotel does not have a lift provided its a four storey building. The service of the Hotel is Pathetic. You call for the water in the morning and after calling repetively for 4-5 times you will get the drinking water. They do not change the Towels even if you tell them to do so. Overall I would not recommend "Le Celestium Resort" even if you get it for free, until and unless you want to spoil your Holiday. The people standing in reception does not know how to speak to their guests and they can even get very offensive when you are arguing with them. A special word of appreciation for TravelGuru Agents who acted instantly when the dispute of booking arose and even followed up to help things get sorted.

The hotel room was satisfactory as rooms were clean & tidy. Staff’s were cooperative but needs to be well organized. Hotel does not have their own kitchen hence foods were arranged outside which is quite not good. Yes hotel maintained their cleanliness within and outside their location. Hotel should improve on servicing part as their service is really needs improvement.

Room service was not available. Hotel was okay. Cleanliness was of average standards. Hotel staff were not friendly and cooperative. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as we were not satisfied at all with our stay.

Ok for the rate they given... clean rooms n bathrooms, but if u want to browse they wont give wifi in floors excpt the ground floor.. with in the city limit so easy to access, dont trust more on websites becz i booked thru it as it said wifi avlble

Hotel is hardly 1/2 Km from town.Perfect place to reach most of the tourist places,Hotels,Shopping.Room was okay,good view from hotel room.Service is average & Not professional.Recommended for one day stay.

I am at this hotel since today afternoon. Reached hotel reception at 1:30PM, have to wait for at least 20-30 mins to find any hotel staff to guide me. No one was there in the reception. Even though allocated room is good, but room service is not available, phone is not working. If I have to order something..need to go down stair to the reception or to restaurant.

Since the main building was fully booked, we were accommodated in the other building (OyO rooms). The rooms were spacious and staff were very helpful. There is no elevator in the new building & this could cause problems if you have elderly people in your group. Breakfast was a simple (buffet), the restaurant isn't that great.

We had been on a trip of south of India mainly Kerala and some parts of Tamil Nadu. Our overall trip was full of joyous memories and we visited a lot of places like Kovalam, Kanyakumari, Thekkady and Munnar.We stayed in Munnar from 30 Dec 16-31 Dec 16 and I am quite sure that one of the worst part of our trip would be the stay at this hotel. The Room : 1. Amenities were poor and furniture was old.Some of them were on the verge of being broken. 2.The Room was very congested and bed was only barely enough for two people to sleep. 3.No WiFi. The Restaraunt : 1.Food variety is low and was poor, literally poor. 2.The staff was not courteous at all and their manager was worst.He was very rude when I asked him for an extra bottle after a day. 3.No egg in breakfast. 4.We stayed in lot of places and we found the food to be worst here. House Keeping: 1.They don't clean your room after a day, not even brooming. 2.Staff was not prompt. All in all it was a very bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please save yourself and DO NOT book this hotel.
