Travelguru booked Misty mountain for me but almost after 10 days when we tried to confirm from the hotel we were told the booking is not confirmed... travelguru never informed us about this, when we called we were told that they will give us replacement. We had to do follow up for the replcament hotel as they never called. We had to call them almost 4 times in a day for availability of different hotels. The replacement hotel was so far from the main Munnar city that we rejected and they didnt give us any other option. We had to give them the options and they finally gave us a Hotel which we took almost 2 hrs to search. Even after clealry informing that I have a 7 month child with me and hence we need something close to the city and not any exotic hotel, they said it is just 4 kms away but it turned out that the hotel was 13 kms away at a secluded location. Horrible experience with travel guru. Would recommend never to book with travelguru again

overall good hotel Food items can be improved except idly/vada there is nothing which has very good test/prepared properly , it is manageable ..
