It’s one of the ok types of hotel located on the Munnar-cochin road, about 1 Km from Munnar town. Room maintenance is good. The staffs are friendly and attend to your needs quickly but the phone in the room was not working to call them for service. They have timings for hot water supply... available only 2-3 hours per day in the morning and it’s really difficult in that cold climate to put your hand in the icy water every other time. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel but NO room service. Had to walk up to the restaurant even for a cup of coffee... Actually we had a complimentary breakfast included in the package but forgot about it and paid for my breakfast. The hotel staff also didn’t remind us about it. I am not blaming the hotel staff on this... but they have to think about the good impression they would have created by reminding us on the complimentary breakfast. Don’t believe in the photos provided. They have 2 properties in Munnar and most of the photos provided are of their another property, S.N. Annexe and NOT this S.N. Tourist Home. Even the restaurant shown in the photo was not available in this S.N. Tourist home

Demo Trip Rooms at 3rd floor becomes hot at night may be due to boiler located at the terrace. Request for table fan.

Demo Trip Choose the second floor rooms. Though there is no lift, they have been done up very well.

Demo Trip Not much different. All rooms are well furnished, Luxurious, Quiet, Clean and well maintained.

Demo Trip Higher floors will give you good views. Also, take a room facing the back of the hotel (good view to hills) and avoid the road noise.
