Hotel Queen of Hills, Mussoorie

Initially it was difficult to reach the hotel as the road work was in progress. AHR is located in a beautiful place with ample parking place. Very good condition rooms and enjoyed siting in balcony at 5.30 am. Wonderful movements in life. Food quality is also good. We stayed two nights and felt like staying for few more days. Anyway perfect place for family. Early morning walk was fantastic.

I loved this hotel stay, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. 5:30 am sunrise with cup of tea was by far the best experience.. enjoyed my 1 hour me time in the morning in the balcony. I wish I had recorded the view of sunrise. Though the property is not as fancy as 4/5 star hotels,the staff is really polite and helpful. Loved their hospitality. variety of food, and also delicious. I give this hotel 5 stars and recommend all to consider staying here:) Truly worth waiting yesterday for the checkin

Stayed at hotel for 2 night in Premium Room with private balcony. View from room is awesome. Breakfast and dinner was included in the package and food is very good. Overall experience is good but one thing that I don't like...they bill milk charges extra for my 1.5 years baby. If my room covers breakfast and dinner for for the room then they should not charge for infant child milk. After asking why they have charged, person respond we don't know who's is having milk either baby or you. Disappointing. This is not about for money, it's just about hospitality and humanity.

Stayed in this nicely located property with my friends! Beautiful views of the mountain greens and city during day and night! Rooms and washrooms are spacious and well appointed! The balcony is the best place to enjoy Morning tea or an evening drink ! The outside sitting space on the top floor was amazing! Staff is courteous and provide quick service. would certainly stay here again !!

Location is good but management is still need to work on hospitality skills. All over experience is good. Just you need to push the staff for every essential s of rooms.
