Hotel Surya Kiran

I booked hotel for 3 days but in a single day we checked out as nothing was good in this hotel.Poor room service worst food and illiterate staff.In cleaniness it was so bad i request everyone not to waste time and money for this hotel This hotel is zero rating from our end

Its a total humiliation to South Indian cuisine. Visited for Brunch and ordered Vada it was half cooked. Complained & they replaced but still uncooked. Idli was equally bad. Sambar was too salty & thin like water. Chutney was too salty. Its a total cheat. Never visit in the name of Udipi normally Udipi is famous for South Indian Cuisine in the world. Lastly my stomach got upset due to this food & am still on antibiotics for the last 4days...

One of the best stays I had. Lovely location with the best support staff and the owners always make you feel home. Great food and nice doon view. A must visit people visiting here. Located in heart of mussoorie mall road. Cheers guys Keep it up

A nice small hotel with average room size but very neat and clean. First floor rooms are bigger than ground floor ones. They have common balcony for valley view facing rooms and other side ones are Mall Road facing. You can dine out at Udupi restaurant which is just outside the hotel but the service is bit slow, take a buffer of 15-20 min for your food order but hotel service is fast and good. Staff is nice and cooperative. Happy stay

I stayed at this hotel for one night. Location:- of this hotel is at Mall road. Parking is quite small but not a problem in off season. Best thing about this hotel is its just on the mall road and valley view rooms offer a stunning view of Dehradun. Rooms:- are small but well decorated. Bedsheets are not very clean. We asked them to change the bed sheet on our arrival but did not find very clean bedsheet again. which was a big disappointment. Valley facing rooms opens at common balcony so doesn't offer private space. Facilities:- Average facilities. Heater was not available therefore room became freezing at night. Staff:- Lady at reception was well behaved. Housekeeping staff was unprofessional and lazy. Food:- Average food. Advantage is a cafe coffee day is in neighbourhood. Overall its a small but nice hotel which offers best view of valley.
