We stayed here in a palace double room. It was very well maintained. The room service were very brisk & the food provided was up to the mark. We would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in this property, it is favorably located for a vacation stay. The room we were provided was splendid. Even the staff members were very helpful & friendly. The food served too was up to the mark. We strongly recommend this property.

The property was peaceful and hospitality was pleasing. The room arrangement and service was superb and no issue with the food quality also. I have taken breakfast and dinner in the hotel and it was tasteful.

This property was more than expected. The room was spacious with elegant furniture and stunning decor. The service and food arrangement was also fantastic. I will surely recommend this hotel.

The reception was poor and there was no cable TV in my room. Otherwise the hotel was well up to my expectation. Service was efficient and food was delicious. The location was also preferable. Overall experience was average.
The open sitting area was really wonderful. The bon-fires next to the tables were a great touch. The stoned driveway was nice. The drivers and the pick-up/drop facility were really thoughtful. The food was tasty.
1. Service at the restaurant was disappointing. The food was decent in taste but the service was extremely slow.
2. It wasnt the cleanest. It wasnt dirty but one just expects more out of a top prop.
3. Some places had a damp/moist smell.
4. The property didnt follow Covid related precautions.
Service as old as the hotel

Just checked in for 2 nights and dont wanna stay for more than one night. The staff service is as old as the hotel and the service is very poor. Far away from hotel and wanted to get superb service but disappointed. Wont recommend to tripadvisor members unless the service improves

We stayed for 3 days restaurant was average. No swimming pool.no options in br
eakfast and restaurant. They can improve.the restaurants shuts at 10 :30pm no food after that after staying in remote place no housekeeping after 10:30pm.

From the check in to the check out superb services rightly said athithi devo bhava . Excellent rooms mouth watering food superb f&b services great housekeeping services . No reason to complain . Every minute detail was worked out . 25th January was my 20th wedding anniversary and thanks to yash at reception chef sunilji and f& b staff satpalji maheshji and others to make it another golden memory of our journey .
Few words will be less to describe the hospitality we received at claridges nabha residence.

TCNR is one good property in the queen of hills. The property is very calm and the staff if very courteous. Their food is awesome. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend everyone to have an experience of this property when visiting Mussorie.

Try the Duplex rooms - lovely location but don't expect anything else. Bathrooms are too small for 2 people let alone 4.
