The Fern Brentwood Resort & Spa, Mussoorie

Stay was great and very comfortable. We like the place. It's close to the mall road easily accessible. Amble parking. Nice weather. Staff was very courteous and humble . Nice hospitality. Great ambience. Food was very delicious. They were following all the precautions, sanitizing all the things. Proper hygiene they were maintaining. Thank you all for the wonderful stay. In this period you can at The Fern Brentwood Resort beacuse they are following all the precautions. Don't worry about the hygiene and all. Once you will go you will forgot the covid and alll. Staff is great they always wear tha mask . wants to say thanks to the staff for there effort. Wants to mention the name , Ismaila, Siddharth, Suresh and Pradeep was very courteous and humble. Thapa was also a great person. Thanks to the management of the hotel.

It was our first visit with The Fern Brentwood Resort and Spa mussoorie,which was outstanding stay there. We visited vin month of March . We have just got the time for the review. Our stay was memorable there. Staff was very humble. Specially wants to say thanks to Ms. Ismaila ,she was very courteous who arranged the complimentary cake for us which was totally surprised for us. She suggested the trekking as well but unfortunately we haven't did due to shortage of the time. Love the ambience of the hotel. The Restaurant staff was very good. Pradeep the Restaurant Manager he was also very humble and professional. He offered the Dal makhni which was we have taken and it was very yummy and delicious. Totally stay was great. Very warm welcome with the Front office staff. Thapa was a great guy he always have the smile on his face. We would like to come back again. Highly recommended. One more thing wants to add the view from the terrace was breathtaking. Friendly environment of the hotel.

Wonderful stay and great service by the staff at Brentwood. We had a memorable time as always. The rooms were cosy and food was delicious. A special mention of the staff members Arjun, Kamlesh and Pradeep, they made our stay very comforting. We had our pet with us and they made sure we are having a great time by extending their services everytime we needed help. The bonfire nights here and live singing sessions are very soulful and relaxing. Just what is needed to unwind and relax. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay at fern Brentwood! Perfectly located right on Mall Road surrounded by exotic restros n cafe ! Nice ambiance, good food n humble n friendly staff ! Overall an amazing n refreshing stay !!would definitely plan to enjoy the picturesque view from this property again !!

Experience was really good as the hotel facilities and services are upto the mark. Mr Suresh was also very helpful, so is the rest of the staff. The complimentary breakfast was also really good with a change of menu every day. Overall if you have a decent budget then it's worth the stay.
