ITC never fails to surprise me and this 196 year old property restored by ITC is the best example of it. Amazing architecture, most appropriate location (200 m from Mall Road), finger licking breakfast, super courteous and helping staff and luxury rooms. Think of Mussoorie and Savoy by ITC is where you have to stay!

The best ever property visited such a wonderful property with a warm heart and a lovable environment the welcome drink which served at the time of check in taste osum, Savoy cookies were marvellous thanks to staff for making our stay comfortable thanks arshi and Aishwarya thanks MR Sahil for making sure that we had a comfortable stay.

Whilst staying at this lovely period hotel with a history of its own, it's refreshing to know in this modern world that good old fashioned hospitality still exists. All your staff are professional,courteous and attentive without being overbearing. A special mention also for the Front Office and waiting staff who were in attendance checking with the dinners and connecting with them on a personal level. Special mention to Sahil for his interest in his guests and also to Arshi who was in the dining room and Lobby at every service to ensure all was well with the food and stay ,ensuring all the demands were met. Any request for something personal to the guest was always met with "No problem, we can do that" Thank you and all your staff for making our stay in Mussoorie memorable and enjoyable.

We have been recommended this property by the team ITC Grand Central, and this was the best ever stay and property, the best part was their evening bonfire and games, I would like to mention about Arshi for helping us right from check in, she has served us welcome drink and some cookies was made from jaggery. I would also like to mention about the Sahil for telling us about the history of Savoy we will definitely come back again

We had a very beautiful time at the Savoy Mussoorie. We were very impressed by the hospitality of all the staff everywhere in the hotel. All the people were very warm, caring, enjoyed their jobs and did the best possible to take care of the guests. Their personal touch to help celebrate special moments was very touching. We are going home with very sweet lifetime memories. Ms. Arshi & Ms. Preeti (guest relations) were very caring The facility may not be as grand as some of the other signature properties. But the people and extraordinary location makes up for everything else. We have already highly recommended our friends and will continue to do so. I am sure they all will be just as delighted as we have been whenever they get an opportunity to visit. We look forward to visit again. Kudos to the whole team.
