I have stayed there for 5 times, the food is quite good and also compare to other options by far it is the best in Muzaffarpur.... The place is centrally located in the market area and walking distance from the railway station......

Hotel Shivam is average Hotel but considering its proximity to Railway station is good. Room size are too small, but yet clean. Lift was not working and tough for me as I was on 4th floor. Breakfast is by Choice having limited options and you can choose one option only.

During recent business trip I went to this property based on its rating on Google. But after inspecting the property sepcially rooms I decided not to stay. Size of the room was very small. I saw 5-6 rooms every room has one issue or the other specially pertaining to bathroom. Location also is in a congested area and hotel does not have its own parking.

Nice service.Very good food . Good service in Restaurant. i stayed twice last month with my parents.every body was very happy.Nice front office staff.located in heart of city.really thanks to Management.

Hello. Please give our thanks to the Manager(s) and others for the wonderful room. We had an amazing time. The room was so comfortable, the food at Echo absolutely spectacular (we ate two meals there). Our waitress was just wonderful. Looking forward to staying with you in the future. What a great place!
