I made booking including all meals for 2 adults and 1 child aged 11 years. The voucher mentioned all these very clearly. On check-in, the room given was very small, even compared to business hotel standards. The toilet was stinking throughout our stay. We went for lunch. It was chaos there with too many people trying to fit into the tiny buffet restaurant. A large group had walked in and the staffs just did not know how to take care of so many guests. Most of the food items were not even been refilled. Biggest surprise came when I was billed for one extra lunch. I pointed out that I had already paid for all meals for all three guests. I was taken to the front office, where the manager 'informed' me that my booking was good for 2 adults and 1 child below 8 years. I showed him the voucher, which shows age of my child, and his reply was that it was my mistake that I made an online booking. However, he showed 'mercy' on me and waived off the extra bill. You can imagine how insulting it can be to be the subject of 'mercy' of a hotel guy, despite paying for everything in advance. This is a very small hotel with staffs fit for low grade small hotels. Both restaurant and front office were terrible. This hotel certainly does not deserve to be part of 'Fortune' group. Overall, a huge disappointment.

Of all the hotels I have stayed so far in India and abroad, JP Palace is the epitome of courtesy, efficiency, and hospitality. Surprisingly, not one but almost all the staff are well groomed in hospitality. As it is a 5-star hotel, there is anyways no deficiency in cleanliness, amenities, food, parking, security, etc. Everyone from the guard, driver, reception, kitchen staff, room service, were striving to serve you. They make you feel so special. There is hardly any deficiency in any of the services. Food is awesome whether it is North Indian or Chinese. They are all perfect. Though would have expected little more softness in cup cakes but other than that there is no deficiency. I would like to specifically thank Priyanka (front desk), Binith (Manager) and Nicolas (Restaurant Mgr). All of them are epitome to customer service and are the gems of hospitality. Kudos to JP Palace and management. It seems they strive for nothing but best....Wish them reach new heights...

We reached the Hotel around 1.30 pm and learnt that checkin time is 2.00 pm. The reception staff was totally incapable oh handling the crowd. Though we requested them to call for extra help they did not ask and chaos continued. Rooms were not ready, and though we had paid for 4 rooms we could get only 2 rooms till 4 pm. The breakfast was good with reasonable spread and choice of food. bur service can improve. For dinner a la carte menu though available resautant staff would insist that we go for buffet,as a la carte menu would take a long time to serve which I found strange and not right. In room dinnning wasreasonably fast but to my horror we were charged for things we never ordered. checking out took long time and despite telling to keep bills ready, we had to wait for 1.30 hrs

We had a plan for a small birthday celebration for my Dad & must thank the hotel staff to organize a cake. The best part was that the staff was very hospitable & we got an upgrade to two Suite rooms. The room service was very prompt & certainly the food was very good. Special thanks to Mr. Sakib - front desk for the kind hospitality.

Very conveniently located and easily discover-able through google maps. The reception area is grand. The staff were welcoming and efficient. We had booked two rooms and were allotted those opposite each other. Rooms were spacious and very well lit. The beds were large enough to accommodate one child also and we did not need any extra bed. The toiletries were of good quality. The housekeeping was excellent and very prompt. Entire staff was always there ready to help. The breakfast spread at the hotel was excellent and catered to every choice. The hotel has two restaurants serving Indian, Continental and Chinese. They even provided a custom made dish beyond the menu for my mother. I would love to go back to this Hotel again and again.

Nice location with most tourist place near-by. Breakfast is good and had wide variety. Also, in room dinning food was good and can say value for money. Room were clean and service people are also helping.

I stayed at fortune j p palace Mysore with my family . Every experience was a pleasant memory right from check in to check out. The rooms have been well appointed, staff is very helpful and courteous specially Anil and Mahesh for excellent suggestion and personalised service.Manager Pattanaik were very helpful . Food is awesome. Must must dine atleast once in terrece restaurant if you want to feel pampered by the astounding variety of authentic barbeque dishes of all states, amazing taste, ambience and presentation. Truly a rare feast to have. Would love to stay again if I go to Mysore ever again.

We stayed here for 2NIghts last month weekend and witnessed the awesome Christmas celebration . very elaborate buffet and sangria's and over all a very good customer service at Neptune bar Room service was very helpful and they stood up with our expectations and service.we tried all kind of food in room service and everytime it was better and better.manager Sanjay made our stay very comfortable.personally take care Mr. Anil the Barman were very helpful with a smile at Neptune thank you.
