Hotel is in good location. Deluxe Non A/C room was booked but, could not be allotted upon check-in.Hence, A/C room was allotted temporarily and continued since, they could not find vacant non A/C room. Large sized LCD TV was good to watch. Room was not at all cleaned for the second day. Telephone was not working. Had to go to reception for all kinds of help. However, upon request, all help was extended by the staff. No dining facility within the hotel. Overall experience is good.

Simply Superb! The Proximity of the hotel is very near not only to the City/Suburban Busstand Railway station, but also to the main site seeing locations such as Mysore Palace, Wax Museum, St.Philomina's Church and some other places. Hotel is very neatly maintained and Staff were very Cooperative And Friendly. I would definitely recommend for the people who are visiting Mysore. Though i am disappointed on their Dining service as their cook had gone on a holiday only Bread/Butter/Jam/Omellete was the only available option. If we overlook inhouse dining experience rest of all the details are very well taken care of. I would give 4 Stars for the Hotel. C.D.Dhanraj Chennai

The stay was pleasant. I got prompt service. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Also, luckily my non-AC room has been upgraded to AC room at no additional cost for me. The hotel is just 2-5Km away from the Mysore palace, City bus stand, Railway station and the Zoo park. It appears the hotel does not have in-house dining facility but they serve food orders by getting it from outside. Overall the hotel is a good option for the price.

Bad Points: Hotel has terrible service.Complimentary(only 500 ml for 3 persons) water bottles, Towels and bathroom amenities provided after repeated requests after 3-4 hours of checking. No dinning or kitchen facility in hotel.But they claimed they serve food from 7A.M in morning to 11P.M in night. Terrible food service and food served almost 1 hour after ordering.Dinner not available at 9P.M. On repeated requests they agreed to give dinner from outside eatery. Good points: Only good thing is rooms are clean with proper AC and mini freezer.staffs are cooperative and they allowed to check in early

  Booking Id#TGU0001819828(Separate Hotel given on arrival) People me Jan 18 at 9:14 PM, me,, Manidip Mukhopadhyay Dear Sir/Madam, I booked hotel for 2 nights in Mysore from 15th Jan, 2015 up to 17th Jan,2015 in Hotel MBInternational. I chose a hotel to book depending on facilities provided by the Hotel. Like- 1) Restaurant in the hotel must be available as we travel along with my boy who is only 6 years old. 2) An additional bed for our small family. 3) Availability of wi-fi so that we must connect all the time with our office people or project people. I chose the hotel when I saw all these facilities are available in Hotel MB International. When we reached in Mysore on 15th , one person from Hotel MB International came to Railway Station for pick up. He brought us up in Hotel Silver Star and he did not even inform us before. He told us that they have a problem with plumbing system so they could not accommodate us. A single room is provided, there was no restaurant and there was no internet wi-fi. In the morning I need to go out to take morning tea. I spent a horrific time in that hotel, most of the time looking for a good restaurant in Mysore. The boy who dropped us told us that this hotel is of his friend so I did not initiate any action as I need to stay there for two nights with my family. The staffs of hotel silver star were good and helpful but they said as this is a new hotel they do not have all these facilities. All my travel plans are completely wasted and I had a bitter experience by booking hotels through you. You have no control over the hotels which you are promoting to book and this is not an example of fare business. I want clear explanation from you end before I post it to other forum.
