Absolutely Fantabulous... 1bhk flat,as true as the pics reflect, nice locality, you will never feel like that its a hotel, You will get at home experience. front desk staff esp.Arjun , security etc everybody is very friendly and helpful.. There is a restaurant near by which serves food at jasmine suites, the taste is awesome and prices are also on lower sides..

It is a fantastic hotel. This hotel is nice area hence there was silence and peace. If in future I would ever go to MYSORE then I would prefer to avail my stay in this hotel only. The staff of this hotel is very cooperative and friendly. If any of my friend or family would go to MYSORE then I would recommend them to stay in this hotel only.

We went for a quick holiday to Mysore and to catch a glimpse of Dasara festival. We made a terrible choice of this hotel. Location is a big disadvantage if you are looking for a holiday. This is not a hotel basically, a service apartment. You get 1 BHK suite with all amenities. It's quite far off from the city and location is serene. Ideal for people looking for long stay. There is absolutely terrible choice of menu and room service is very poor. They say complimentary breakfast. Don't expect any buffet. You have to order between devil and deep sea. Only one order is accepted per pax. Rooms are very spacious and clean. To conclude, go for it if you are looking for long stay (more than 3 days) and not particular about distance.

Worst experience!!! Not at all recommended! Worst experience!!! Not at all recommended!

by Suresh143cbe on October 27, 2015

I have visited and stayed so many home stays, but the stay in jasminesuite was horrible.. They committed one thing over phone but telling different thing when I reach there... Simply increased the tariff ... Mysore has lot of good accommodations... Do not choose this one... Pictures are showing some what bigger rooms... But the hall is very small... Just sofas occupied the hall... All r single bed room flats....

I have checked in on 4th October 2013 - Infact am still in the room and still got time to vacade @ 8.30pm - 11th october 2013- There is no swimming pool or fitness centre as mentioned in the tariff plan - there is a housekeeping maid who visits once in a week - while checking in they tell its 2 days once the maid does cleaning - Room AC is the early 1998's which doesn't work the room number is is 201 - do your research - After 11pm nobody attends in the reception Apart while checking in i had paid advance of 2000+4000 = 6000 , as i had plans of staying for a month they provided me @ cost of 1000 per day - while from the 2nd day they started insisting us to pay a ADVANCE OF 1 MONTH that is 30,000 INR , , i told them advance isn't possible i can make daily settlement or maximum a week payment in advance - But they are not at all obliging - When i told them mam no where its like that - while checking in guest signature thats it and while checking out the bill settlement - She is like my rules are like that -- finally we decided to check out today evening 8.30pm - The manager or proprietor but a Lady started new versions - u people checked in 2 - but there are 4 people staying - i told them check your cam u shall get to know how many people stay in the room and morning times those are ma visitors regarding business - This is the 7th day of ma stay and you are objecting now - what were u doing these days ?? The funny part is today morning i happened to pick one of my business associate From city railway station @ 8.30 am who had scheduled for 11am meeting ,,at 10.40 i step out to drop him to the venue the lady wanted to discuss something related advance - I happened to tell her mam its already high time i would drop him to the venue and be back in 25 min max then will discuss - She is telling me tell the person to Catch a Auto ..- Omg has she lost it ? For sure it can be quoted as Heights of INSANITY

More cons than pros More cons than pros

by vasc895 on January 14, 2013

Pros are that you get a full 1 bed room apartment with balcony n kitchenette for 2000 rupees. Staff is very courteous and arrange things on asking in 10 mins Thanks to mr. Karan who helped me for everything from medicine to print outs etc. there is a casual market around n provision store very nearby. Wi- fi is free if you negotiate before booking. Security is ok by default as it is located in posh residential area. Cons are that basic amenities like a bottle of mineral water , tea, soaps, toilet paper etc have to be asked. Toilets fixtures are mordern but floors are not clean. Mineral water n tea are chargeable. Construction is new and hence walls, furnitures are clean n spotless etc but pillow cover, blankets, towel are not as clean as you expect in 2000 rupees stay. Another issue is I booked a double-bed room but as Wifi was not able to catch signal at 2nd floor so they changed my room to ground floor with 2 single beds. Here the microwave was dirty and after some cleaning when i tried to use it, i had to shut it off as i could smell n see electric fumes coming through. There are no cutlery, pots, pan etc in kitchen... I assume they will be provided when you ask. The kitchen does not have a cooking range or tea, coffee making arrangements or premix satchels so all this makes it practically non functional. They do not run a kitchen in the facility so do not expect food at odd hours. Breakfast have to be asked to be arranged even if it is complimentary. Overall, i would say if courteous staff n space is all that you expect to pay for 2000 rupees then go ahead . But don't expect things functional or amenities at hand. i had booked this for 2000 plus taxes (2238) but during checkout they only charged 2000 on their own and tea, coffee n printouts which was told chargeable on arrival were made complimentary at the end.

Regressed in their service!! Regressed in their service!!

by GhostWhoWalks28 on January 2, 2013

I had stayed in these serviced apartments in Dec 2010 and really liked their service. So I didn't think twice to book for my Dec 2012 visit. Unfortunately the service has degraded and they don't even provide towels unless you ask for. They don't make their complementary breakfast anymore but rather get it from outside some stale food. No drinking water (as cooler/purifier is under repair) but they sell some 3rd grade mineral water for Rs.20/- for 1 litre bottle. Overall, for RS.2000/- +taxes, you would expect better service!

Perfect place for a Family Perfect place for a Family

by vndayanand on May 3, 2012

I visited with my family Initially while booking i was little skeptic about the place and on check in we found the place really good , neat, perfect location away from City noise and good restaurants nearby above all Mr. Verghese the in-charge was very friendly and very helpful. We extended our stay at Jasmine Suites since my family enjoyed the stay. Over all we had a nice time.
