We had booked the hotel 4 moths before our stay, even after paying about 40% while doing advance booking they gave our room and to someone else. They had sent us to different hotel which was very bad. After requesting they gave us another hotel again for which they charged us extra amount.

Extremely pathetic service. Power cut off in AC room for over 2-3 hours. Not a single water bottle was served to us in room’ For handing over room to us they treating us like we are there to rob the place asking my tired family to stand in for group photos’ useless reception don’t know what they are doing ’.. will never ever visit this place ever again in your life’ during checkin who makes u wait for 45 mins to do proceedings’ never go to this place ever.. that’s why it’s always empty’ even tea to be procured from nearby hotel

The rooms were well kept and there is hot water supply at any time.The parking space is a bit issue as it in the main road.For the price ,I felt it was a bit expensive. Else the stay was comfortable.
