instead of premium room they gave me deluxe room. which i came to knew at the time of check out. v sad paying for premium and stayed in deluxe room. v bad experience.

Dont go by all the nice reviews. Looks like they wrote it for themselves! I entered a room infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. When we complained, they again moved to another room with more bed bugs!! Housekeeping was horrible.Do not bother booking this hotel even in the worst case scenario...they left me stranded on the road in the middle of the night when i complained about the room.

Before commenting on the Hotel, I have to say, the services provided by Travelguru was warm and good, despite the technical problems faced while booking. Now coming to hotel, I have stayed in lot of hotels earlier, but by far, this (Peridot inn) is the worst one to claim a 3 star. In short, this hotel is for people who want to drink and spoil themselves. I SUGGEST TRAVELGURU TO NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL FOR FAMILIES. There was literally nothing when we checked-in. No towels, soap, Hot water, etc. We had to call the house-keeping for all the missing amenities. Lucky that, we got the response faster. The hotel management is looking to resolve the matters upon complaints and not permanently fix the trouble. The rooms were designed with good interiors, like 10 years ago, and since then no one cared to repair it. I had 3 rooms booked, all of them had water-seepage on walls / woods. No room freshener either. The room maintenance was horrible, the toilets were broken/unclean (in all 3 rooms), there were bed-bugs in the other room, where my brother stayed. The AC was either too noisy OR inefficient. The restaurant (adj to the hotel, not inside) was good in ambiance, service and taste (spicy though), but not suitable for family dinners. The morning breakfast (Complimentary) was good enough, after all. So, if you are a family OR one who doesn't drink, then don't go for this hotel.

Demo Trip Only good for night stay.. So any room should serve. Check washrooms beforhand for cleanliness

Demo Trip U should ask for every thing. If the bed sheets u feel not so good .. no need to adjust ... ask them they will replace with a good one..

Demo Trip In Peridot a good room is one that is not infested with insects which I believe does not exist. Make sure you investigate the room before you take the keys.
