Pathetic AC , no ventilation at all I mean it u will be killed with out air all most all the rooms are like this

We had a very nice stay here. Staff is well trained and courteous, made us feel comfortable. I do recommend this hotel for families as it is in the heart of th city and still in a quiet corner. Few things I see as scope for improvement: 1. Set up a gym if not swimming pool (that is under construction) that is something basic I would expect from a 4 start rated hotel. 2. Check your power backups for the lift as I experienced a power outage while in the lift and it took a few alarm bells followed by a call from my mobile to the hotel and 3 restarts of th lift to get out of it (even when the hotel power was restored on the backup). In all - we had a lovely stay here and rcoomend this hotel.

Overall a great bargain in the hubbub of Mysore- lots going on. Smalltown - but still had to be conveniently located as getting around in one of india's tier 2/3 cities -getting to the nearest conveniences can be a challenge. A little hard to find on Vinobha rd. but very conveniently located from the bangalore-mysore highway/ railway station and meuseum.

Good:The breakfast and room cleanliness. Bad: The property claims to be 5 star but doesn't meet expectations of 3 star.The A/C in most rooms doesn't work properly and the rooms are suffocating. Rooms are small and claustrophobic. Overall,I wouldn't recommend.

Services at the hotel is good, rooms are spacious and clean with all the basic amenities provided. However, the services at restaurant faltered in the morning rush for breakfast. Even dinner at night we reached late and some of the food items were finished. Here improvements essentially required. Otherwise it was a good stay at the hotel.

Rooms are in good condition. We had booked 4 rooms and we were allocated the same without any delay with our baggage quickly transferred. Breakfast also had a wide spread. Overall our stay was good and comfortable. This review is based on all 8 members who traveled to Mysore from 5th - 7th November 2016.

the hotels location is pretty good with railway station and bus station near by.The rooms are also decent but the service is slow and the restaurant food needs improvement.The choices in dinner buffet were limited and needs to be improved. The breakfast menu had good selection. All in all a nice place but a little on the expensive side considering the services they provide.

This hotel is zero customer friendly . I checked in at 6.55 pm and since then I have pointed out that the Ac is not working . Nothing was done till 11 pm when after a long day they said they can change the room , service is very very slow , stay here only and only if it is your last choice . Both buffet and in house choice of food is very very mediocre

I had got a very good deal for this Hotel. It is a very good property. Room was good and had enough space.My room did not have a latch, one of the socket was broken and my fridge was not replenish. I had asked the housekeeping to do so, but they did not pay any heed. Swiming pool is small. Could find GyM, though it was mentioned that it is on terrace. Breakfast was nice with lot of variety.
