We had a very nice stay here. Staff is well trained and courteous, made us feel comfortable. I do recommend this hotel for families as it is in the heart of th city and still in a quiet corner. Few things I see as scope for improvement: 1. Set up a gym if not swimming pool (that is under construction) that is something basic I would expect from a 4 start rated hotel. 2. Check your power backups for the lift as I experienced a power outage while in the lift and it took a few alarm bells followed by a call from my mobile to the hotel and 3 restarts of th lift to get out of it (even when the hotel power was restored on the backup). In all - we had a lovely stay here and rcoomend this hotel.

Overall a great bargain in the hubbub of Mysore- lots going on. Smalltown - but still had to be conveniently located as getting around in one of india's tier 2/3 cities -getting to the nearest conveniences can be a challenge. A little hard to find on Vinobha rd. but very conveniently located from the bangalore-mysore highway/ railway station and meuseum.

Good:The breakfast and room cleanliness. Bad: The property claims to be 5 star but doesn't meet expectations of 3 star. The A/C in most rooms doesn't work properly and the rooms are suffocating. Rooms are small and claustrophobic. Overall,I wouldn't recommend.

Gorgeous Ambience with some areas of improvement Gorgeous Ambience with some areas of improvement

The hotel is beautiful. Interiors, lobby, passage looks gorgeous. The staff is courteous, though not efficient. Food is fine with sizable buffet spread. Decent gym, though difficult to spot. Gym & Pool timings are 7a to 7p, rendering it inflexible for business visitors. The sexy ceiling mount shower didn't work properly. Half the holes were not giving water, perhaps not cleaned in a while. Swimming pool was infested with insects, hence unusable. Reporting that, and revisiting after half an hour had not changed anything. Overall, a decent stay, but can be improved by taking some small decisions better.

Excellent Hotel with very high quality complementary food. Worth for money and excellent stay I would stay. I would prefer the same hotel if make to mysore anytime in future. Few Observations 1. Improve to handle peak load some more better 2. Lift is very small for such a big hotel 3. Billing should be done with little conscious Otherwise it's fantastic hotel. I hope they do better in half peak.

 Poor Experience Poor Experience

First question should be Who rated this hotel a 5 star property. This property is not worth more than a 3 star. Starting from Check IN. Check IN was not smooth at all. Staff was bit untrained. Room was small. Bathroom was really bad. Not properly maintained. Though it was clean but it looked really shabby beacuse of improper maintenance. Food quality was good. They had a vast breakfast buffet. Again the serving staff was not upto mark. Last point - Check OUT. Had a really surprising experience while Check OUT. I consumed one choclate from the mini bar worth Rs. 15. They asked me to pay Rs. 48 for the same chocolate. 3 times the MRP. On top of that, staff at reception asked me that Do I need a bill for that. I was really unhappy at this question. I mean how can they ask me this if there are charging me for something that too 3 times the MRP. Rs. 48 is not a big amount but the attitude they carry to ask me was really surprising. The bill I got for the choclate mentions Mini Bar Item and not choclate name as they knew that will get caught for chrging 3 times the MRP. I had really really bad experience for mu stay of 1 day in Quorum. I'll never visit again for sure. Avoid this hotel even if it is the last hotel left in Mysore.

Overpriced! Overpriced!

by Harsimran K on February 4, 2017

Being a frequent visitor to Mysore, we thought of giving this hotel a try as we wanted some change. But we were disappointed to see that the hotel doesn't match it's class. The rooms were not very clean (one expects a lot from a 5 star hotel) and even the washroom was not well maintained. Thankfully, the breakfast buffet was good. They offered a variety of delicacies which tasted good as well. The roof top gives you a feel of Egyptian architecture. We took some nice pictures up there. But overall I felt that this place is a bit overpriced. With so many better options available, I won't be visiting this hotel again.

Decent Hotel, Located near to the Palace. Had a comfortable stay. Food is okay. Rooftop pool is quiet good (Egyption theme). Used Ola to commute to the Palace, Sand Muesum & the hill top temple. Would like to stay again !
