It would be great to give this hotel a higher rating. Their pool is clean (and a comfortable temperature!), their restaurant on the top floor has great views AND excellent food (South Indian breakfast buffet is included, but their menu for other meals is extensive and very good indeed). Rooms are large and we found the bed comfortable, but the bathroom needed some cleaning. With better maintenance staff this place would be top notch. The location can't be beat.

Went to marriage in Nagercoil and stayed here. Very average hotel. Car parking is at the back side of the hotel. It is painful to walk from there to hotel Rooms are very average. Its not clean. Service is kind of very ok. Food was awful.

The hotel was one of the worst I stayed at in India with respect to cleanliness and service. There was a severe ant problem in the bathroom as well as the main room. The bedding appeared to have been previously slept in and the sheets not changed. The room was not emptied of garbage over the multiple days we stayed. I don't believe that the bathroom is EVER cleaned. There is a roof top pool however it was really cloudy so we didn't chance swimming in there. The hotel restaurant bar bathroom was dirtier than the worst bar bathroom I've seen in Europe.

The hotel is built in parts and hecne has a labrynth of corridors that may confuse you and make you land in front opf the service elevator instead of the guest lift. Maybe the structure was not planned to be used as hotel or whatever the reason; It was the first time in my entire hotelling expereince that I enjoyed a room with TWO fully functional toilets the only difference being that one had a bath tub+ Shower while the other did not have a tub in the slightly tucked-away shower square. The hotel has a very good restaurant and a fully functional and busy bar including quite occupied bar counter with lively atmosphere. However it was also the only hotel where there was a Stainless jug that was EMPTY throughout my stay!! supposedly for storing drinking water as there were two SS glasses also. And hence I would not rate this Hotel more than 2 star. It may be that the owner is new and does not understand the standards expected and hence the room had toiletaries as a piece of Soap and a Rs. 1/- sache of Coconut oil(?) No shampoo, no Shower Gel, No seperate toilet and bath soap.

This is one of good place to stay in Nagercoil. Its in middle of town. Quite reachable to all places. Good: 1. Old style. Excellant elevation. 2. Easy to move out of town for reaching kannyakumari or Trivandrum. 3. Room very nice with bath tubs. 4. Staffs are very nice and helpful in guiding. 5. Comp Breakfast available.. We stayed with family of 6 members.
