Very unpleasent experience with travel guru. They r real cheaters. When we searched for the hotels at Kanyakumari at travel guru website, the hotel was amongst the list of centrally locted hotels. No exact location including distance from the main town of kanyakumari was given on the website. All the wonderful and rosy picture of the hotel was highlighted by travel guru to misguide their clients. I booked the hotel only after elaborate telephonic discussion with the Travelguru staff and i was ensured that the hotel is centrally located and beach facing. Thereafter i got a delux executive suite booked online. When we reach the hotel, to my horror we found that the hotel was located 20 kms aways from Kanyakumari at Nagarcoil. On cantacting the travelguru on phone again i told them how cheat the travelguru people are and requested them to cancel the booking and refund my money. I was told that no money would be refunded to me as per their policy. How could a person desiring to stay near a beach could stay 20 kms away and commuting daily by a taxi with an expense of 2000 Rs. to and fro. Travel guru are real cheats. Bad and awful experience. Will never get the bookings thru them. Liars.

As compared to the cost, I feel cheated. It was any roadside 400/500 rupee hotel.

The hotel itself is very clean and neat and the staff where well dressed and their service was pretty prompt. I had my food in the hotel as the food was very nice and tasty. Room was well furnished and the interior was also good of the room.

Ver good experience. Room was well furnished with all the facilities. Staffs were caring and polite in their work. I had my food in the restaurant it was very good in taste.

Very Neat, very near to bus station. Food was really good. Bit old building but I liked it very much. Air conditioning was good and matches the money that we paid. Decent hotel in the heart of town. Good place to taste native food varieties. Recommended

Stayed couple of days in first week of May during my friend marriage visit to Nagercoil. This hotel is very much accessible and is on the main road, close to vadasery and anna bus stand. Rooms are clean, good and air condition was working all the time (In summer, this is important in hotels in tamilnadu). Food was really good in this hotel. Should definitely try fish fry and chicken currry

The property is old and not maintained at all...poor n stained washrooms, stained bed sheets n towels...The people are very helpful and ready to serve you. the food and service is good. The only thing which i liked was the roof top restaurant.

Went for two day trip. Management is flexible with check in time as per our travel convenience. Receptionist and room boy are very helpful. For travel and other purpose they helped lot in view of car hiring, others. We comfortable with everything. Thanks.

Booked 2 deluxe AC rooms through makemytrip, check-in was seamless, check-out will be 24hrs from the check in time, rooms are quite big and clean, looks like hotel is pretty old with mosaic floorings. Hotel staff were friendly. No wifi available, parking facility available, hot water for shower is on demand.
