I deeply regret to have trusted the Brand so much! I gave my phone to them to put it on charging only to find out it was missing by the end of the party, which was basically stolen by one of the staff member as no outsider was there. The distance between my college and hotel is 38kms and it costed me around Rs2500 to go back and forth twice. I had to lodge a complain in the police station,buy a new sim etc etc and not to forget the two sleepless nights for a student who lost a weeks old OnePlus 2 phone which was my placement gift. I got the phone by some random thief who came on a bike wearing a helmet and kept it on top of varsha's(GM Hotel Heritage Embassy) car. that thief just happened to know which was her car. After receiving a call from varsha that she has found my phone i went to the hotel. Although she said she would like to find out who was the thief she showed a very bad attitude saying "ab toh phone mil gaya hai na" when i said it was really bad experience. I had asked for CCTV footage (which by the way GM does not know how to take out) was not given to me.Giving all types of lame excuses. I seriously feel they must have found out who was it and it was all a ploy. I demand an Investigation on this matter by the heads of the Management!
