Harassment! Harassment!

I deeply regret to have trusted the Brand so much! I gave my phone to them to put it on charging only to find out it was missing by the end of the party, which was basically stolen by one of the staff member as no outsider was there. The distance between my college and hotel is 38kms and it costed me around Rs2500 to go back and forth twice. I had to lodge a complain in the police station,buy a new sim etc etc and not to forget the two sleepless nights for a student who lost a weeks old OnePlus 2 phone which was my placement gift. I got the phone by some random thief who came on a bike wearing a helmet and kept it on top of varsha's(GM Hotel Heritage Embassy) car. that thief just happened to know which was her car. After receiving a call from varsha that she has found my phone i went to the hotel. Although she said she would like to find out who was the thief she showed a very bad attitude saying "ab toh phone mil gaya hai na" when i said it was really bad experience. I had asked for CCTV footage (which by the way GM does not know how to take out) was not given to me.Giving all types of lame excuses. I seriously feel they must have found out who was it and it was all a ploy. I demand an Investigation on this matter by the heads of the Management!

Stayed at Hotel Heritage Embassy in January 2017 for five days, on the ocassion of my daughter's marriage. The Rooms are very spacious and nicely maintained. Although there was some construction work on during our visit but the Hotel Management ensured regular cleaning and upkeep of the area. They have an excellent restaurant on the Ground Floor and the food they serve is one of the best at Nagpur. The complete range, be it Vegetarian, Indian Non Vegetarian, Sweets or Continental dishes - all are excellent. The banquet hall in the basement is great. The complete package, the Hotel Management, their Staff - everything is highly professional. The General Manager, Ms Varsha is very helpful and is all ears to the requirements of the customer and so is the Hotel Management. I had some small issues, but they were handled amicably. All in all a great experience. Keep up the good work.

this time once again i got to have pleasure to stay with this property Heritage Embassy Nagpur. i found lot of improvement since my last stay. Staff was very cooperative and the services was excellent like Complimentary Pickup and Drop. that to when Airport and Railway station is more then 7 Km. The most Important Part I liked was that the MANAGEMENT HAS ENGAGED AND APPOINTED PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED ADULTS ASPER THEIR ABALITY LIKE GARDNING / HOUSEKEEPING/ AND KITCHEN / Its really first time i ever saw this initiative with any hotel industries. Congratulation Mrs. Varsha (GM ) for your outstanding efforts. keep it up.

I stayed there for 2 days on a business trip in October. Though some renovation was going on, the staff was helpful in accommodating. Food is decent and location is also good, to access most parts of the city.

This hotel located in the famous location of MIDS hinga road is good for a normal and cost effective stay. The rent is not exorbitant, but facilities far outweigh the price. I stayed with my family for 3 nights. It was quite enjoyable and homely stay. Good room service ,good staff,good rooms and good food
