this time once again i got to have pleasure to stay with this property Heritage Embassy Nagpur. i found lot of improvement since my last stay. Staff was very cooperative and the services was excellent like Complimentary Pickup and Drop. that to when Airport and Railway station is more then 7 Km. The most Important Part I liked was that the MANAGEMENT HAS ENGAGED AND APPOINTED PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED ADULTS ASPER THEIR ABALITY LIKE GARDNING / HOUSEKEEPING/ AND KITCHEN / Its really first time i ever saw this initiative with any hotel industries. Congratulation Mrs. Varsha (GM ) for your outstanding efforts. keep it up.

I stayed there for 2 days on a business trip in October. Though some renovation was going on, the staff was helpful in accommodating. Food is decent and location is also good, to access most parts of the city.

This hotel located in the famous location of MIDS hinga road is good for a normal and cost effective stay. The rent is not exorbitant, but facilities far outweigh the price. I stayed with my family for 3 nights. It was quite enjoyable and homely stay. Good room service ,good staff,good rooms and good food

we visited the property on our Business trip, from 2 Aug 2016 to 3 Aug 2016. we found that the Property is situated in a good Peaceful are And very much Approachable from Nagpur Airport Just 9 Km. The Ambience of the Hotel was fascinating. when we reached the hotel ther was a warm welcome from at the reception . rooms are of Good size and well maintained Management Has to Improve on the Room services may be ome Maintanence was going on because of which we faced some issue but over all it was good . Hotel Provide Buffet Breakfast which was included in our Package and the the Dinner was delicious restaurant staff was well trained and good at their Services. All this credit Goes to young lady Manager Ms Varsha who takes Care of the property very Smartly she Knows how to over come Guest issues and to keep them Satisfied. we appreciate her Efforts to make this property up to the best of her level and we look forward to visit again . We - a group of 12 family members - visited this place for a buffet lunch, on the recommendation of my brother-in-law who had visited before. It was an all vegetarian lunch. Overall a good experience. The staff, led by Ms Varsha Mathur, General Manager - looked after us well; they were very attentive and responsive. The buffet spread was not huge, but what was on offer was well prepared and tasty. The spread was a mix of north Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine. The best item, in my opinion was angoori rasmalai (dessert).
