There was no electricity in some rooms all night,Breakfast area is pretty small compared to number of rooms they are providing! No fan in breakfast area,so pretty hot up there! You should check other options before opting for this!

Extremely small rooms, most are without any windows, horrible restaurant and overall services, whether you are traveling alone or with family, this is not the place you can consider even for one-night stay

Although the airport pick-up was smooth and the room appeared clean on the first impression everything was downhill after that. The breakfast area was dirty,there were no tissues and it took fifteen minutes and about six requests to get them. Our room A/C was not functioning and the Manager assured us that he would shift us into another room in the afternoon. When we returned at 9p.m nothing had been done,the manager was missing and no one was ready to do anything .The staff is terrible specially the manager and there is no accountability. There is only one gentleman Mr.Ramteke who was in a guard's uniform but was doing everything right from making the beds, getting us water and ensuring our general comfort. We were charged the regular rate even though our A/C was not working and there was no sign of any remorse. We moved out the next morning although we had bookings for the next day also. Please,please please don't even venture near this place.

We were in Nagpur for a wedding in the Dhantoli area. We chose Seven Suites due to it's proximity. Overall our experience was average. The rooms are clean, as are the bathrooms. They are on the smaller side, so if you have a lot of luggage, you might be cramped. The breakfast is good , decent number of options. One day we had to leave early and they agreed to serve a few items one hour in advance of their regular hours. The service by the staff is ok, they need to brush up on hospitality a bit. e.g. we asked for an extra pillow and the receptionist cum housekeeping person was very upset and told us they only give 2 pillows per room. Similarly, in the above experience about breakfast being served early, they had initially refused, but we escalated to the manager to get it solved. The manager Mr. Chouhan , is very professional. Any issues , just escalate to him. He will take care of it. He managed an early morning checkin for 8 rooms at 7 o clock by requesting guests to checkout early. Location is good. Overall, it is a decent place

Had booked this hotel for two days. A day before arrival called them to give details for airport pickup. A very rude lady who answered the call said that such a booking does not exist and that I should check with cleartrip with whom i booked and it is not their problem. The manager said he was having lunch and can speak only after half an hour or so. I checked with cleartrip who themselves where surprised to know that booking was cancelled. The reason given was that this hotel sold the rooms at a higher rate. Had to take refund. I was lucky that I called them a day before, imagine what would have happened had it been on the day of arrival
