Location: As i drove down from haldwani to this hotel at pangot(13 km from nainital),it feels great to enter in the hotel which is well located in the lap of mother nature. spend time between green hills and chattering of birds was a marvelous experience. Beauty wise,It is one of the best hotels to stay in at nainital.untouched from crowd, noise, pollution of naitital. Parking: It is one thing in which this hotel lags from its competitors. Located on a high ramp, you have to cover at least 100m distance on hill by foot from parking to hotel entrance. not suitable for old people. ROOM: The rooms are marvelous, well designed, clean with great interiors. Rooms are so designed that every room have scenic view of hills and valleys, no partiality at all in architecture. Room service: only one word to describe-excellent. It takes only a couple of seconds for service to get available before u.I specially thanks Manoj and mohit for their excellent room service. Food & Dining: here u are served with one of the best quality food in nainital, fresh vegitables and cereals.we simply enjoy the food.as we are veg ,so we didn't know about non-veg food quality. Overall: If u want to spend some quality time and make your trip memorable, than than it is the best choice for your stay.

It's an over expensive hotel. The rooms are not par with the amount of money charged. I would say the overall experience to be bad because of the following reasons : 1. Rooms are not that good as per the amount charged. If you are charging Rs. 3500 per night, one expects the room to be very good and clean. You can easily get a far better hotel in Rs. 3500 per night. 2. TOO expensive food : They charge fixed amount on per person basis for the food irrespective of the amount of food you have ordered. Example - Ordering 1 aloo paratha and 4 bread slices costed me Rs. 400. If the charging is like that then the hotel should tell this to the guests at the time of checking in and not at the time of checking out. I was really surprised to see the food bill at the time of checking out from Hotel. 3. Bad quality food : Ordered Maggi in the evening. While eating, we found a dead fly in maggi. You can now guess the quality and hygiene in the kitchen. 4. No food menu. Whatever they have cooked only that could be ordered. They do not give you choice for ordering food. 5. No other restaurant nearby - There is no other restaurant near the Hotel area, so you do not have any other choice but to order food from the Hotel itself, that too whatever they have cooked. 5. Hotel is too far from the Mail Nainital area increasing the transportation cost. I would say it's the worst experiance I have ever had in a Hotel.. STAY AWAY GUYS!! Would not recommend at any damn cost.

It is wonderful to be here with snow covered mountains...roads looks scary when wet but drive slowly and enjoy it. If you go in dec end to jan mid it will give you great experience of snow and other activities.

Poor Location and servies Poor Location and servies

Hi, I recently travelled to this hotel. And I personally feel I made a mistake going for an option suggested by travel adviser (one of the big name). I travelled with my wife, 60+ years elderly and 6 years old daughter. 1. The place is in complete isolation, so for people who wants to be in touch with world always. This is not for you. 2. Room was very dirty when we checked in. 3. No option was there for lunch as we reached about 3-4PM. So we had to go out for food. 4. We were asked if we'll have dinner in hotel, as they prepare it on order (remember we're talking about buflet here). That too at cost of rs. 500/- per person. Anyways we were lucky as we found one nearby restro for dinner. Probably that was only next option for us. 5. Hotel uses power milk for every milk product you wish to have. tea-coffee, bournvita etc.. 6. Tables were absolutely not clean (we change 3-4) for breakfast in package. The hotel didnt give us invoice as we checked out before the actual date. Completely unprofessional.

Let me tell you, this is not the hotel who has come to nainital for sightseeing, as this is 10 kms from mall road, but the location of hotel is just amazing. You can actually feel freshness in the environment. Very nice rooms and very nice place to stay.

Expensive and just OK Expensive and just OK

by Nishant J on June 22, 2016

Though we got the deal of deluxe chalet with brkfast n dinner in 5500 rs. I still feel it is on expensive side as the rooms were just ok.. A separate section on entry with sofa cum bed is making rooms small. Food was good, best i had ever had on hills.
