, I don't know how long your company will survive, all the money of mine is totally waste. Request you to don't give preference to money there is a thing known as Goodwill, Credibility, you should comply with that if you want to remain or want to increase the business by cheating i don't think you will be able to do so. Customer feels cheated after making the 100% down payment, there is no option available to them once he reaches there.

Hotel New Bharat, is approximately 1km away from mall road and situated on upper mall. Steep height makes it impossible for anyone to cover the distance without any pick and drop facility. Housekeeping was bad, quality of the food was even worse than we had imagined. For service they only have one waiter providing services to entire hotel. On most occassions, we had to remind housekeeping several times for tiny items such as toiletries.

The hotel room no.305 condition is not so good what we expected , further service is also poor . We think those who booked through travel guru are not offered good room as those who have come and taken themselves.

Hotel has a view of the valley on one side and the Naini lake on the other. I stayed in a premium room, which included amenities like bathroom with 24 hour hot water supply, telephone & intercom, television and car parking facility. It was a very good budget property.udget property. Karthik

Not much can be expected from this hotel. The price is a fine deal though.

Bad Experience we had with this hotel......no proper parking, bad quality of rooms, bad service, not good for family stay, untrained service mans/staff, poor quality of food, pickup service is too late.

you cant trust thus hotel. manager and staff are bunch of uneducated pillers. sick environmnent, smelly rooms. when you ask for room change they would aks you change the hotel. dont ever go to this hotel. trust me.

Very horrible experience. No water. Only one TV remote was used by the manager through out the hotel. Non hygienic. Open electrical connections. To much congested. No parking space. Hotel is situated on zoo road which is too narrow. Manager was helpful but was not able to satisfy because of all over poor hotel ifrastructure.

Guys, please do me and this hotel staff a favour, don't book this hotel. First things first, the hotel staff isn't themselves aware what star hotel do they run! They readily accept that their room service is not good and never pick up any call. Yes you read that right, they accept it. We couldn't have our lunch due to their pathetic room service. And please don't get swayed by their complimentary breakfast. It doesn't even deserve a mention here. Rooms are equally pathetic. My room 305 had water leakage through windows. A photo is attached as proof. For a cup of tea which I am already paying I had to come down to reception to receive it! There's no way a hotel can be doing this to the customers. Absolutely pathetic service. Horrendous is the word.

Very nice hotel, clean washrooms, very polite staff. Staff boys helpd us to carry all our heavy stuff. Towel were clean, bath stuff from OYO also provided by staff. Breakfast quality was also good. Staff was very caring towards their customers. No issues while checking out.
