Hotel is located in good location was good...rooms are good and the serives are also good...rooms are clean and big..Market is littel far away from he hote...

Rooms were not worth of money. Water mug given in room was dirty. Bathrooms were full of flies and insects. Towel were not changed while cleaning rooms.

I have booked through yatra. Com. Bookings reference YH2549899. Although I have paid for deluxe room but the room offered to me was not very. It was not very clean. Breakfast offered was excellent and staff was very courteous and good. Manager Mr Kumar was very helpful and friendly. It is a bit far from mall road. It was mostly booked by group Travellers.

I booked this hotel after looking its photos provided for front and garden area which is average. But when we went inside our room is worst of the worst. All leaking walls and bathroom, dirty towels and floor area. Please never at any price.

LM guys are cheat. They didnt mention the room category on online portal and when I reached there, they showed me a shady room telling me that this is the room that has been booked. When u ask for an upgrade they will ask u illogical price. I told them that I will pay them difference incl of tax of their rack rate but they didnt agree. I finally paid them according to their demand as i didnt have any choice, but they refused to furnish any bill. I wrote a similar review on travel portal using which i booked the room where their reply was that i was charged as per tariff. But the fact is that if that would have been the case then a bill would have been generated for that against my booking id which definitely is not the case. I can challenge them on this. Let me know if they r ready to open their bill book here and I will share my booking id. Anyways, apart from above incident, rooms are pathetic, dirty, unhygenic, and no view at all from any point in hotel. Away from mall road and no public transport available.

Poor facility. Rooms were not prepared for booked customers. Poor responce from owner. Rooms were not cleaned. Rooms were not spacious.Location is far from the market. Heater was not working. Not providing adequate blankets and also extra bed.

Had an unsatisfactory experience, rooms were not clean, heater not working, out of the whole menu card only 2-3 items were available, the manager Mr Neeraj Arya was quite ignorant.. I would not recommend any1 to stay here
