Located at market place. Price are high if compare to other nearby hotels, but size of rooms and bathrooms are good. Building is very old. There is nothing which you can say Luxurious. Garden view is very good and well maintained. At marriage season, this hotel can be night mare for you, specially when you are with your family and you need to rest ...very loud music and no matter, you close your room door or not. Its too loud.
food is very limited. you got a menu in your room but limited food will be offered by staff. They said other food available only in seasons. they have very basic food option.
at if you include the dinner in your package then you should ready to eat your dinner before 9 and should odder your food before 8.30..as after this no one will available to take the request.
Best part is they provide space for driver and also have parking in there hotel that is very important and positive point for us.
walking distance of famous naina devi temple and boating area, mall toad and cable ride.
The Royal was one of the most comfortable stays, the best part being that it is very near to nainital. You dont need to climb up to reach the hotel. The rooms are nice and well-ventilated, with an additional small kitchen. The staff is friendly. Only missed the regular wi-fi ,
I along with my family visited Nanital in July 2016 and stayed in this hotel. The room was Suite which costed us around 7000/- per night but our experience with the Hotel was really pathetic. Room service was terrible and the management too was on the same lines. The overall experience was poor.
Located at a walking distance from the lake side . The hotel is an old building but well renovated. Our hotel rooms were large. I was expecting smaller rooms typical of many hill station hotels. Luxurious; nicer than expected! Big bathrooms. The hotel staff was friendly and eager to please. The included breakfast was good; we were seated with a nice view of the mountains. The garden area was also well maintained.
In our brief stay, we saw the following... sadiyatal waterfall, lover's point, khurpatal, snowview point, tifin top, near by lakes, the mall road,e.t.c.if you visit, you'll discover these sites on your own and if you are like me you want to write them down -- to remember your trip.
We ate the nearby restaurants; Our hotel is formally on bara bazaar. This is a big shopping area with lots of touristy and high end stores. This is a great place for food and shopping, as we tourists are known to do!
The overall decor and feel of the hotel was great and it served as an excellent base to explore nainital !!!!
Excellent hotel of this class.old property and kept extremely clean. Hotel was booked solid, but we got our reservation in just in time. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. From the kind, courteous staff, to the meticulous, comfortable rooms and common areas, my stay was absolutely perfect.Room was nice, spacious and clean . Car park was available at the hotel . Good breakfast and we also had the dinner in the night which was very good. Perfect service. Hotel is located at the walking distance from the main city square. All n all a perfect trip !!!
