Our stay at the Hotel Suman Paradise was the lowest point of the trip. It practically stole the fun out of our family trip to Nainital. Access & Location: The hotel is in a very bad locality. The entrance to the hotel is pathetic with shabby huts right across the road. The hotel is at a steep slope road which no one can practically walk to. Parking: The is no parking space.I think it can fit only 2-3 cars thats it. The front-desk: Absolutely hilarious!. They have absolutely no power to take any decision. For cancellation/room change/stay extension they will tell you they don't know anything or they don't have any power and we should speak to the head-office people. I had the misfortune of calling the head-office. The most uncooperative, unfriendly people speak to you who will not provide any solution to your accommodation problem/query. The Room: We had two rooms. The rooms are over-priced and very ordinary. The washrooms are not that great either. The stair case leading to the rooms corridor is so low that I banged my head with it a couple of times. There are only two rooms on the ground floor rest of them are on the floors above so if you are with elderly people who wont like to climb the stairs you are in for a trouble. There is not lift. Food : After having the misfortune of staying at this hotel I could not dare to go near their restaurant. OVERALL: The rooms are overpriced.Hotel is not maintained.Location is not good. The staff is not courteous. There is nothing about this hotel which is welcoming.
