Our stay at the Hotel Suman Paradise was the lowest point of the trip. It practically stole the fun out of our family trip to Nainital.
Access & Location: The hotel is in a very bad locality. The entrance to the hotel is pathetic with shabby huts right across the road. The hotel is at a steep slope road which no one can practically walk to.
Parking: The is no parking space.I think it can fit only 2-3 cars thats it.
The front-desk: Absolutely hilarious!. They have absolutely no power to take any decision. For cancellation/room change/stay extension they will tell you they don't know anything or they don't have any power and we should speak to the head-office people.
I had the misfortune of calling the head-office. The most uncooperative, unfriendly people speak to you who will not provide any solution to your accommodation problem/query.
The Room: We had two rooms. The rooms are over-priced and very ordinary. The washrooms are not that great either. The stair case leading to the rooms corridor is so low that I banged my head with it a couple of times. There are only two rooms on the ground floor rest of them are on the floors above so if you are with elderly people who wont like to climb the stairs you are in for a trouble. There is not lift.
Food : After having the misfortune of staying at this hotel I could not dare to go near their restaurant.
OVERALL: The rooms are overpriced.Hotel is not maintained.Location is not good. The staff is not courteous. There is nothing about this hotel which is welcoming.

The hotel is in good condition with nice interior. They provide good and tasty food in buffet and dinner. The drawback is it is far from mall road but they provide pick-up and drop facility to there guest's. The road to approach the hotel is narrow with little chadayi (Slant road). They have parking space for few car's.
Amazing service and experience!

Suman Paradise is really nice hotel and Thank you for the pleasant atmosphere you created. I have to point out that this is the very nice and comfortable stay, not so because of the ONLY hotel facilities, but above all, and the most important, because of the kindly staff. Customer Care is the main goal of the hotel!!!!
We reached and check in the hotel midnight 12.30 and I informed the front desk about this on the way to Nainital. Sincere thanks to hotel manager and staff who arranged delicious dinner for us at odd times. Thanks Mr. Rawat!!
Not only that but as our tour operator COLORS of INDIA failed to do sightseeing arrangements for our 16 people group, Hotel Suman Paradise, Mr. Dani arranged Nainital day tour 2 vehicles at 11th hour in the busy season. And thanks for that too.
I will highly recommend your hotel to friends who decide to visit Nainitaal, for the private or business purpose. The rooms I booked were quite big and lovely, comfortable, clean, just as it is presented on the website.

Hotel Location is most pathetic in nainital, its like a small flat in congested place. No place to park your cars, no place to breath in such congested areas. I feel Nainital overalll is not a good location these days to visit as hotels are very congested and highly priced. This hotel charges Rs 5000 per night but honestly it does not even deserved Rs 500/night. Its a strict NO NO and strongly recommend people not to visit this pathetic hotel in most pathetic location.
room no. 16 is very nice room in the hotel.
