The Hotel Licy Sarovar Portico, Nashik was very excellent. We stayed there from 20th Dec., 2013 to 22nd Dec., 2013. It was awesome experience there. They sent a car to pick up us from Nashik Road station. It is about 10 15 KM away from the station. The room was ready when we checked in. Room was quite small but very well maintained. Housekeeping was very nice. Everything was there in the room whatever is required. Room service was very quick. Hotel food was also nice. We had prawns curry rice on 1st night & chicken biryani on 2nd night. It was good enough for two. Breakfast was also very nice. In short, everything was superb in Hotel Lily Sarovar Portico. We would love stay again.

This hotel is a boutique hotel situated in Nasik. We checked in around 11.30 pm. Room was nice toiletries provided in the room was limited. Hand towel and bath mat they did not provide in spite of asking which I had not expected from the hotel like Sarovar. We could not avail the other services as we had to check out in morning after having breakfast. Breakfast was average with limited options.

We have had a good Experience in this Hotel. Especially good service. The Front office was always helpful. The quality of the food served was very good. The hotel has a lovely ambience. Not to forget the house keeping the room was always kept in tacked.

Need to improve restaurant in terms of staff, service, jain food, cleanliness... Restaurant is little expenses.. Rooms are good but little compact.. only twin beds were available in superior rooms.. more of business class hotel.. Location is good.. you can travel anywhere in nashik from hotel...

Stay here at your own risk. Had an unpleasant 2 day stay here from 30th Dec 2016 - 1st Jan 2017. The rooms need a complete overhaul. Window handles are broken making it so tough to shut them. Door knobs on the cupboards are broken. The bar door doesn't shut. But the worst were the cockroaches roaming in the room and bathroom. (Pics enclosed). Though the staff was apologetic, it didn't seem to help much. Another negative for me was that on 31st night when my family wanted to order room service they kept insisting that we order only from the new year menu otherwise the rest will take v long to deliver. My problem wasn't with the logic but with the way it was delivered to me on the phone. I think in the hospitality industry what really counts is the way you address your customers and that was sadly lacking. But on the positive side the service from front desk was v prompt. Sarovar needs to step up and take action on a lot of fronts. They are a reputed name but loosing it in nasik.

I have stayed in a number of Sarovar hotels. I would say that I didnt find this hotel at par with their standards. The hotel has been taken over by Sarovar and basically the property is old. To start with, the location on the Google maps is not correct. It is off by about 2 Kms. The rooms are comfortable.However the AC was noisy and had lots of dust accumulated on it. The bathrooms were not good. The sliding partition was a tad difficult to open and also had rust spots in the corner. The soap dispenser was old and once again had rust spots. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with the maintenance part . Linen was clean. Toiletries are provided in the bathrooms.Staff was courteous and the check in and check out was quite efficient.
