The Hotel Licy Sarovar Portico, Nashik was very excellent. We stayed there from 20th Dec., 2013 to 22nd Dec., 2013. It was awesome experience there. They sent a car to pick up us from Nashik Road station. It is about 10 15 KM away from the station. The room was ready when we checked in. Room was quite small but very well maintained. Housekeeping was very nice. Everything was there in the room whatever is required. Room service was very quick. Hotel food was also nice. We had prawns curry rice on 1st night & chicken biryani on 2nd night. It was good enough for two. Breakfast was also very nice. In short, everything was superb in Hotel Lily Sarovar Portico. We would love stay again.

Visited the restaurant lately and was very impressed with the outstanding quality of food. The service staff was very welcoming and warm which made the experience, even more, sweeter. Now, it's one of my favourite restaurants in the city.

The hotel has been progressively going down in standard - room service, quality of food and the upkeep of the room. You now get towels with frayed edges and toiletries are often missing. Besides, the refrigerator in the roon is quite often locked up and unusable.

I had hosted a lunch for some guests including a foreigner at their restaurant based on my earlier experience of good food served there. However this time the captain and the stewards did not know the size of the portions which would be served and could not assist me with ordering the right quantity. Portions lesser than ordered were served causing me a lot of embarassment. I would never host a meal there again.

I stayed at this hotel in January 2017. I booked the room in advance. While checking in I asked for few hours extension for check out. I was asked how many hours. My answer was 2 or 3 hours. To which I was told that rooms are completely booked for next day and extension is not possible. Only point I have is if there is no chance while asking how many hours extension is required. When I arrived the room was not ready and we were not told that it is not ready. After checking in we found that there are no supplies in the washroom. AC remote was no where to find. In the evening while ordering dinner we clearly instructed that we do not want chilly in food, still the starter was spicy. When we complaint the dish was replaced with non spicy one. However until then damage was done. My kids did not have anything that evening at dinner. After dinner I had to go out to bring parcel for them. Jewel in the crown was the towel that was provided. It was torn and had many holes in it. I have attached the pics here. My take here is what is the fun in staying at the hotel if they can't provide good service.

Demo Trip Try to take rooms on Second floor i.e 200 series, ground floor rooms are directly exposed to sunlight.
