I checked in at the Royal Orchid Central Grazia, Vashi on August 18, 2012. I made all my bookings online. The hotel service was one of the worst in the country believe me. I am really disappointed because of the treatment I received. Some of the Highlights of the incident are: 1. I was told over the phone by the executive that POOL Service is Available and when I checked I was informed that the pool is shut down since 10-20 days. I had booked the hotel only because I really liked the same in the Pictures online. This amounts to pure DISGUISING and DISGUIDING over the phone. 2. I asked 3-4 executives in the hotel about the Working of the ROOF top restaurant called the ï¿½Twilight:ï¿½. Every other person gave me a different answer. They were themselves not sure about the functioning. 3. The lights in the room provided were also not working and the service staff came after 3 hours from the time I called on the reception. 4. The charges in the bills for Lunch for 2 different days for the same thing were different and when enquired the bill was reduced to 50% of the amount billed because this much of the amount was charged excessively. This is sheer incompetency of the system. Believe me. 5. Bathroom did not have the shaving kit inside it while the same was mentioned in the checklist. 6. After 3 to 4 calls follow up the reception guy gave a response and took an action regarding the query or anything else. 7. The cleaning in the room was only done once and I lost my PREMIUM BRAND T SHIRT AS SOON AS THE ROOM WAS CLEANED. The staff and the manager just did not do something except getting it barely checked for 5 min. The above incidents made me CHECK OUT ONE DAY AND NIGHT BEFORE AND I PAID FOR @ NIGHTS but STAYED JUST FOR 1 NIGHT. Constant talk and discussion with the present managers and staff was all in vain. They were acting as if they were really HELPLESS. I was even given an argument that the mistakes were done because OUR STAFF AND TEAM ARE NEW AND NOT THAT MUCH EXPERIENCED. I need an answer to this immediately. The services were sheer disappointment and I was really irritated. I need any kind of compensation in whichever way you give me as you being sucha good brand should compromise and compensate me for the losses occured..be it Tshirt or be it one night less stay.
it was really good the service was just superb..dey gave me a complimentary breakfast withut any argumennts where i was entitled for the next day since my check in and ck out was the same day....and they manage to gv me check in way early ..overall its a good buy....no doubt about it.
the hotel is 2 1/2 km from vashi centre and many people dont know the place and a bit difficult to get directions. the rooms are spacious service good but bathroom drainage not adequate, the staff wer excellent
To start with the biggest Disappointment was at the check-in when the Reception informed us about the Swimming pool under maintenance.that right there was a real turn-off, as we had booked the Hotel for the swimming pool to be honest,but I do not hold the Hotel responsible for that as the reception clarified that the pool Maintenance was updated on their website.its who miss-informed us and when I got with them over the phone all they did was say sorry! well its no use me being Mad about it. but here is something I will certainly do. I will never recommend my friends to book their Holidays .

Hotel is not up to the mark. Services are very basic. Need for improvement in services. Quality of Linen, Cleanliness of Towels, Overall bathroom status is poor. Breakfast buffet needs improvement. Basic hotel with basic services.
the staff is really cooperative and their behavior is appreciable especially towards unmarried couples which we didn't experienced at other place. Breakfast buffet is really good and tempting. with this newspaper was also complementary. but if you will be staying for more than a day complementary breakfast will be for one day only which i found strange. Location of the hotel is also very good and auto is easily available there. Inorbit mall, Vashi lake etc are also nearby. Interior of the hotel is also very good. Room is really spacious, services are good, cleaning staff is also good, when we went there room was already prepared as we mentioned earlier while booking and the receptionist told the policy of WIfi and other things. Pool side is on the top and view is good. staff also maintained the privacy and all the formalities were done quickly. in short i would like to mention that the hotel is value for money.
I don't recommend for any business travels. Except morning breakfast remaining things are all bad. Irresponsible receptionists and irresponsible house keeping. Not even worth a single star. I don't recommend.
Good business hotel in vashi. Decent sized well appointed rooms. Limited choices in the in room dining menu but food was good. Working WIFI and prompt service was highly appreciated. I would be happy to come back and recommend to fellow travellers.
We had organised a family function with 200+ GUESTS . All arrangements were perfect and each and every guest enjoyed the food, ambiance, decor and not to forget FOOD. We had an array of dishes prepared by the chef - who did a wonderful job by giving his best. We also had booked rooms at the hotel for few guests and they couldnt be hosted better. Will surely love to be here once again -
