I am staying at Royal tulip almost 40 days.It is a good comfortable hotel.Staff are well maintained by the management.Front desk is helpful, mentioned Rossni, housekeeper does good job,one of house keeper named sankesh done a very good job.Meal quality should be developed.Overall I satisfied by the hotel.

Stay of this hotel is very good and hospitality. Kawa restaurant is nice and food is very testy and healthy Cleanness of the restaurant is all so very nice. the house keeping of the hotel is very attractive with in the room corner. stay at Royal Tulip was very pleasant. Hotel was impressive and presentation was of high standard. Staff could have done better with the guest interaction and breakfast wasn't the best of the experiences.

Very good hotel. Overall stay was pleasant , rooms are clean, room service is quick , front desk is helpful, housekeeping does good job and gym is well maintained . Can improve on breakfast, table service and laundry.

The breakfast service in the morning was very slow from getting our coffees to getting us forks. The second day the coffee machine was broken so we did not get any coffee. The food was being replenished very slowly at the buffet and in general the food was completely below standard. Most of what should be warm was served cold. The deli was operating more like a cafeteria where everyone was expected to sit wherever they found a spot instead of being organized like a restaurant. We ordered kulfi and a chocolate mud pie to the room. What we got was not a kulfi and not a chocolate mud pie. We thought they had made a mistake in the order. The Chef tried to explain to us that what he had sent was indeed a kulfi and a chocolate mud pie like we had never seen those in our life. The manager agreed to send the right stuff up and we again got the same things. Then we realized the hotel kitchen does not know how to make a kulfi and what a chocolate mud pie is. Stick to the Indian/Chinese menu. Do not touch any other food. I think they are rated as a five star, but they are no where close to deserving that rating or being capable of living up to it. Also, the air conditioning was not too good and the room never got as cool as we wanted it to even when we set the a/c at 20C.
