I was looking a hotels near Airport. Because my flite was on 25/06/2014 & I was reaching to Delhi on 24th June 14. So we were having to stay for a night in Delhi. When we reached to Hotel Good Luck which is near Airport & felt Good. When we entered in room which had booked through TravelGuru was in worst condition. The Bed sheet was old & when we asked to change it then the hotel service people changed another which was also old bed sheet. The AC switch & remote were not working. AC was cooling directly there was not any control on temperature. While booking the room Breakfast was free with room but no one offered it. I had got a sms from Travelguru that I'll get 10% discount on booking the same Hotel. But I didn't get it. It was my first experience with Travelguru...

The rooms were very dirty. Bathroom window was open without any lock. We felt Very unsafe to stay here. The menu card in the room had Fungus all over it. We stayed here for 2 hours only and checked out and moved to another hotel as we could not tolerate the unhygienic and unsafe environment.

I booked this hotel on 29 and 3 both days I had a flight to catch in the morning at t3 igi. I was travelling with my parents, on arrivals we were told that the lift was not working and we had to use stairs on 2nd floor ,this was not feasable for me as my mother had trouble walking and climbing stairs. I complained but was told on our arrival on 3 or will be working ,its just a cheap trick cause the same problem was there the second time. The staff is not helpful ,complaints were not heard. The complimentary breakfast they promise is not worth having, and on 3 June at night on arrival to Delhi I told them we need breakfast or atleast tea coffee at 5 am as I had a flight at 6 30 am ,I was assured but at the exact moment was told it was not available, all in all I will never stay in this hotel again ,it may be cheap but on the same place where it is situated there are better hotels also. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The plus point is that it is near the aerocity metro station. However it is inside a lane and not on main road.The staff behaviour is good. cleanliness is OK. availabillity of hot water is there and also free wifi.

Located at Mahipalpur near IGI. Hotel location is near by National Highway No.8. Room service is very bad as I stayed there for 2 days but rooms didn't clean. I asked many times for RO water but they gave once only and an hour after I asked. No welcome drink (or water) as it mentioned in makemytip.com. Parking available but you have to wait an hour to take out your car as people park car there around your car. Property seems old and rooms are not clean. Bathroom dirty and too old. Hotel rating is average.

1. Unprofessional staff, delayed check in 2. Old and poor maintenance 3. Dirty linens 4. Dirty toilet 5. Weak and old coughing/ tuberculous A/C 6. Dirty ugly window curtains 7. False billing - always carefully check itemized bills at check out 8. Sore price for the money you pay 9. Room service failed to follow orders - put sugar in the coffee though we asked twice not to, served us poor quality toasted bread and coffee saying that comes free and the bill was claimed at check out. Despite probing the fault of the room service,we had to pay 150 INR for that rubbish 10. When complained about the poor cleanliness, staff at reception said "we didn't have time" - why the hell you took the booking then A bad luck hotel : like another reviewer said, it is rather a bad luck hotel. would never have gone there unless it weren't recommended by makymytrip desk at Delhi domestic terminal arrival. They said they're suggesting a good budget hotel. Honestly that was the worst we stayed in our 2 weeks trip in India

We arrived at Delhi airport and booked this hotel using makemytrip. We had a flight to catch in the evening so it was only for a short stay during the day. We were at the Hotel lobby around 11 am where the management told us to wait for 30 minutes for their room to be ready. We were agreed. To our surprise it took more than an hour and 3o minutes before they could manage and another two or three customers were served before us and we do not know on what basis they decided. However, at last we were given the keys of so called 'deluxe room'. It had poor outlook, dirty bed covers, the air-conditioner was faulty and the room window was covered using a terrible looking cover. It was all dirt in the toilet too. TV was not working. The idea of getting into a deluxe room for resting the hours was a big mistake in this hotel. However, we called the room service to order branch on which they told us that we could avail the free or complementary breakfast. We agreed and it was a couple of bread toasts and coffee mugs (they mistakenly put sugar even though we clearly told them twice to make it sugar free). We were also given a complementary "bottle of water" with the key. WiFi connection in the lobby was alright but in the room there was no connection. However, bigger surprise waited at the time of checkout. They put a bill for the complementary breakfast and the mineral water bottle. We were at a shock. It was actually not the amount of money that they charge, but it was something they were making us feel like fools. However, they were kind enough(!) to take off the mineral water from the bill and charged for the horrible breakfast! We were happy to checkout safely then after!!

The trip advisor reviews were mostly good. Checking for room was simple enough called the person on the phone was very pleasant and had no issues checking in even with my uncertain itinerary. The team were pleasant and decent ambience but main important in all hospitality sector cleanliness! I recommend white wash the rooms, it'll surely lighten up the whole room owing to the fact that the room I stayed needed light on all the time. I had to ask for towel change and room cleaning. Even with that out of 4 days only once I got towel change and room cleaned.
