I had booked 6 rooms each for 2 nights during my brother's wedding thru Agoda...was initially happy because of the deal I got, however post the 1st night itself realised that it was not even worth the INR 2157 I paid per room per night...of the 6 rooms, atleast 2 surely had 2 nd AC's installed which could not cool the room, this causing huge inconvenience to the guests we had placed...one of the rooms was stinking of fungus when we entered...on complaining at the reception..there was no use since the hotel was sold out and obviously due to the poor equipments installed nothing changed and the guests had to bear the poor rooms...to add to this was the poor service.... I had instructed at the reception not to charge to the guests as I will be taking care of the same during check out, however post the 1st night when 3 of the 6 rooms were getting vacated the receptionist called me up and said all rooms were getting vacated n hence I had to immediately settle the 710 Rs that the guests had spent on food... Despite making her understand she did not budge and argued without any logic..on complaining about the ACs during this conversation, she said you are complaining when we are asking for money... I clearly explained that we have already complained twice and guests in 2 rooms we unable to sleep throughout the night due to no cooling but it all feel on deaf ears since she was only concerned about the 710 Rs rather than the 24000 we has spent overall... Problem was not the money, the receptionist held my guests hostage for this amount wherein they all had to leave for attending the wedding where I had already reached... Next day when I again went and demanded for the reciepts justifying the consumption in rooms, I was presented with items written on plain paper with no signatures from the guests.... Unfortunately I was not in a position to question my guests hence had to simply pay as the receptionist said that as a policy they don't take signatures which was strange and ultimately I concluded that I was arguing with a senseless hotel staff ....Overall extremely bad hotel with pathetic and illogical staff... Not recommended at all....

Summer is at approaching peak. I was allocated Room 310. Room has Air Conditioner but it is just functioning like a fan pushing hot air inside from outside. AC is not having cooling effect. They neither rectified AC nor changed my room inspite of repeated complaints. Maintenance & room upkeep is very poor. Broken bathroom door, fused bulb, scratches on wall etc. I couldn't sleep through out night. I will not recommend this Hotel for stay.

Hotel is ok strictly. But the stay was economical. I booked through OYO and they had no buffet breakfast. (don't know if hotel does not have buffet breakfast for all or for OYO customers???) Also water bottle is chargeable.

Let me start with the Bad: Cons: 1)Terrible service, lacking customer service, there is only working wifi in lobby but we have to keep asking the staff to provide the password (I mean come on, we are trusting you with our belongings in the rooms, and paying for lodging, and you can't trust us with the wifi?). 2)Don't get me started on the wifi in the rooms, it's a separate wifi and only is given upon asking..but it doesn't work..they provide username and password but it doesn't show any page that prompts you to input the given username and password..don't understand why the hotel doesn't have a standard wifi? 3)Basic amenities are not provided. You have to keep calling room service to bring towels, soap, etc. I have 3 people in the room and all they send me every day, for the past one week, is one towel. JUST. ONE. Not sure if they are expecting me to share. Sometimes when I call at night for extra towels, they say they don't have it, and when I sternly insist that I want some fresh towels as I only was given 1, then they will send the towels. I mean, why say you don't have towels when In actuality you have towels? Again, doesn't make sense to me at all. Just frustrating and honestly, very annoying if you have to do it on a regular basis. 4)There is a television and decoder in the room but you have to pay for it in order to watch the channels...why so? You may ask the staff, they will just smile cynically. Even the local channels are not available. 5)Mosquitoes are found in abundance in the rooms, if you don't have the mosquito repellant or at least if the hotel's mosquito coil isn't working, have fun killing them yourself. 6) Mattress and pillows are smelly. Had to request for a change. I mean, this to me is simply not hygienic and intolerable. 7) pre-booked 2 rooms side by side and when we arrived, we were given rooms on different floors. We had already paid for the hotel about a month before that and I can't understand how our booking was not adhered to. I find it inconvenient as we were having a lot of luggage and to move in between the stay was just inconvenient. 8) Free breakfast menu is nothing great. Small selection and if you have an extra guest in the room, you can only order from a smaller selection of ONLY VEG DISHES. Although you have to pay for the extra bed, I mean, why isn't that inclusive? 9) fitness centre? Spa? What on earth are you talking about? Don't put false information in your hotel description. Haven't seen any of these (you may gladly correct me if I'm wrong although I'm quite sure since your staff is the one who told me so). 10) There's no restaurant, breakfast is sent to the room and you have to call every morning to place order between 8-10am. _______________________ Pros: 1)walking distance to Rajouri garden and the metro station. 2) Only good for a day stay or two Max. ________________________ Overall : Will NEVER COME BACK Imagine lodging ready for a week and not being able to have any sort of entertainment access at the end of your busy and tiring day of shopping...I'm from Malaysia and I was with my family here for a week...such a depressing stay, truly not recommended and I don't mind paying a little extra just to have a better stay. There are other comparable hotels nearby. Unless you really don't mind bad service, you might as well save cost and book here (at your own risk). Although I have given this 1 star,I wish there was an option for no star. This is a pathetic hotel. I hope the management sees this feedback and amend their services accordingly because I am definitely not recommending this hotel to any of my friends and family from Malaysia.

the hotel is fine.the costs are not much and for that amount interiors are pretty good. however rooms are simple and washrooms are also simple but clean.. room service is bit of bad, the orders are late and food wasnt all that good. overall there is much room for improvement
