I stayed over a long period of time in Delhi and couldn't be happier to have been hosted at Bellvue hotel during this time. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and most of them are very big. The food was always very tasty, both breakfast and room service. The location is good, not far from the metro network and the lively Lajpat nagar market. But what really made my stay unforgeatable is the warmth of the staff. Whatever I needed, they went out of their way to provide, even anticipating what I might want. They made me feel at home which I deeply appreciated. I would go back visit them with pleasure!

We stayed for Three nights in the hotel during our vacation in New Delhi, in Aug'2017. right from the beginning to end of our stay, we felt like staying home. the staff and manager was pretty attentive to our requirements and not only ours, but also to all the guests staying at the hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Bellvue 3 nights, it was a fantastic stay there, food was also excellent, General Manager was a very Gentle Person. Room I got 105 was a nice, spacious room with all the required amenities.

We stayed 5 days in total in the hotel and we were robbed. Stuff was taken from our bags and the management did not take any action in this regard. The CCTV camera does not work in all floors. You have common wall bathroom in many of the rooms ( This means that you can hear the person in the other bathroom loud and clear ) The management shows are very friendly gesture but when it comes to problems, he turns around totally. Once you complain about anything you will not get any further service. We complained and we were forced to take our own luggage to the cars. The rooms service double charges would with whatever you have had. Remember to sign the invoices and keep a copy of everything you pay for. Overall I suggest you not to stay in this hotel even for 1 night. Better stay on the road than staying in this hotel, at least you are clear on what you are doing.
