it was modren hotel,big rooms,very clean,good facility.the manner of stuff was very friendly and polite.the breakfast in comparison with others hotels in India that I used was good.but in my idea the location was no good.

Spent a night in this hotel, our stay was pleasant.The room service was speedy and staff helpful and friendly, SreeRam (staff), was polite and pleasant. I had no hassles with wi-fi. The breakfast was good, I recommend eating at the hotel.

I was really happy with this hotel. Great location - easy access from the airport but also close to the Karol Bagh market and a short tuktuk ride to Old Delhi. Staff were great and breakfast was delicious. Worth carrying earplugs. The rooms are situated around an atrium which can get echoey if some guests are having a late drink in the lounge. I'll go back to Hotel Blueberry the next time I go back to Delhi.

Nice hotel in an interesting location. We stayed at the hotel as part of a tour, there was plenty to walk and see in the doorstep, however it didn't feel like central Delhi. The rooms were clean with nice bathrooms, i would stay here for a short stay again.

We recently went on a ten day trip around north India. Our tour started with the capital, New Delhi. The hotel is in Karol bagh and is in walkable distance to the metro station. Although, it's situated deep in an alley. The bus wouldn't fit through this alley in the day time, so we had to walk. We were a group of fifteen so we had booked seven rooms beforehand. The check in process was too slow. Took almost forty five minutes. There's only one lift from the hotel lobby and that too it doesn't go to the first floor where most of our rooms were. The hotel boys just stand around and do nothing. They barely help with the luggage. In one of the rooms, the electric lock wasn't working. When I told this to one of the hotel staff, he suggested I used the cylinder lock on top of the door. I told him I cant, because I'm short. He tells me that's my problem and not his. When complained about this to the manager, he did nothing. Now in the same room, the shower area is separated from the rest of the toilet by a glass barrier. This glass barrier had an opening and by the time you're done with the shower, the whole toilet would be flooded. One day we were there, they served us breakfast in the basement where it was really hot and untidy. The breakfast area didn't even have a proper hand wash place. We had to wash our hands using the water dispenser. I cannot stress on how bad the service of the people were in this hotel. We had a really bad experience staying here. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
