WIFI is bad. No signal. Dining options late at night are not there. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff are helpful. Location is quite alright.

This is an efficient business hotel. Rooms are fresh and have a new feel. Bathroom fittings are very good quality. However the mini bar was empty. Housekeeping was slow. Had to remind three times for a room heater and hangers in the cupboard were missing. Location is excellent in GK1 near the main market. Will probably visit again

It's perfect, neat and clean hotel for business traveller.Staff was also curtious and cooperative. Had couple of suggestions which I have given at the reception. I would return to this hotel during my future visits to Delhi.

This hotel is located very near to famous GK-1 M Block market. The check in was smooth. When i reached the room,i found the duvet cover was dirty so they changed my room. The AC in second room dint work for more than 15 mins. After complaining they said it will cool in some more time. I left the room for cooling and went for dinner to M Block market, after returning to my surprise, the room temperature was same. On complaining again, they changed the room third time and finally the AC worked and room was also clean. The housekeeping staff needs to be more efficient in checking such things in room beforehand. I dint find it to be too much value for money.

Comfortable rooms, but terrible service overall. Torn towels, lights cut out 3 times on a one night stay, two fire alarms, had to ask for buffet dinner to be refilled and ask for cutlery, and clear our own tables so others could sit. Only one plug point at breakfast for toaster and kettle for tea/coffee. Very disappointed with service.

This is a boutique hotel with bare minimum facilities for a business traveller who is looking for a short stay. Rooms are small but functional. No place for doing any work in the room. Hotel is clean. Dining hall offers limited breakfast menu. Both dining hall and lobby are very small. Though hotel offers free wifi, it does not work in some places. The staff in the hotel are customer friendly.

Kind staff. Very very basic room. Clean but bad smell in bathroom. Noisy streets (cars Horning and dogs barking all night) and no insulation... Just ok for cheap budget but I believe there are better hotels for 30

The hotel is located midst a busy area. For tourists, the area is good for shopping. There are a variety of eateries around. The hotel is neat and tidy. The rooms are small but cosy and comfortable. The furnishings were quite new. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room does not have a hot water kettle and hair dryer but they were provided on request. The complimentary breakfast was just okay. Only in-room dining and very less choice on the breakfast menu. However, nothing to cringe about. Overall it was a decent and pleasant stay.

Surprised by the negative reviews. Clean, quiet, good service albeit a tad slow on the uptake in the restaurant, at breakfast. Seems at a loss preparing breakfast for westerners, who are not keen on mostly Indian fare early morning... Staff try their best though, and rooms are kept immaculate, serviced daily and thoroughly.
