Delhi centaur was everything you don't expect a 4 star hotel to be. The whole building seemed to be in sorry state in need of attention everywhere. This seemed to be a shame since the original design of the building seemed to be quite good. Managerial staff were not well versed with the Visa's; they did not seem to know what an OCI was and insisted in filing an unnecessary form. service staff were good and trying their best to see to our. Omfort but were limited in what they could offer. The hotel seemed to be very badly managed. It's ideal location nearer to the IGA could be well exploited if properly managed. This seems to be the usual story of the stae run facilities. I am sure it could be revived if managed by a private agency. under the current circumstance one can only foresee its quick decline and demise.

This is a name sake 5 star hotel. There seems to be a basic lack of infrastructure to keep this hotel updated. I suddenly felt like entering a government guest house

saw multiple reviews absolutely degrading the hotel.decided to stay as i came into delhi late at nightafter a long international flight only to leave for kolkata early next morning. it took about 4 mints by taxi - rs 100 by prepaid taxi. check in took about 1 minute - beat that anywhere in the world! on check in i requested for help to take out aprintout for my indigo flight. it was organised in about 3mins. no nedd to pull out my laptop - nothing. they just took me to the back of reception put on a computer with aprinter and it was done! room service for sanwiches was quick and gooo d. they made a mistake of fogetting a cold drink and on reminding them they made it up by sending me the cold drink alarge platter of fruits and abootle of packed water - FREE. this does not happen anywhere - and believe me i travel quite a bit ! rooms look old but were CLEAN. bathroom was clean but little shabby and old looking breakfast buffet was very good. check out was less than aminutenad airport drop in a taxi was free iwould recommend centaur if you are looking for a safe clean place to stay in very near to the airport.

My experience with this hotel was good. this hotel is located near airport. Rooms at the hotel were excellent and well furnished. Staff at the hotel were very cooperative & polite. The food offered to us was tasty and delicious. Rooms at the hotel were excellent and well furnished. Highly recommended for family & friends and it was also a good value for money.

During our stay we came to know that there are about 160 college students who have been provided with hostel facilities in this so called hotel. I will describe it as an average college hostel with an average mess.

We were dumped here by Air India after they failed to get us to their own transfer. Shame on them too. Air India clearly don't give a damn about their customers. This in the distant past was probably a three star hotel. Years of no investment and poor management result in the following - Rooms with no windows or boarded up internally. Filthy. Our friends found the imprint of a previous occupant in the bed in their room that had not been changed. Vile bedding and broken lavatories. We laid on top of the beds in our clothes. The staff we kind enough but utterly unable to do anything in this horrible environment. Vile at every level.

Cannot be classified as hotel. It is an overly priced lodge. Dilapidated and decadent. Poor hospitality and sarkari attitude. Pathetic food. Smelly rooms with un-serviceable TVs (that too Dubba TV). Avoid this hotel by miles.

I stayed at this hotel on November 8th. The hallways were dimly lit, walls in the room was chipping off, bathroom was not cleaned or stocked, TV had only four local channels. Construction noise was not conducive for resting. Restaurant staff and food was good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel. I stayed in room 1037 on Sept 30 and every staff member looked after me. Very polite and friendly staff members with a genuine niche towards hospitality. A sincere smile and a warm welcome is what awaits you at this hotel. Room was comfortable witha well made bed. My personnel thanks to staff members at the front desk, all day dining and housekeeping. You guys are the best in town and i will difinetly come and stay here on my next visit

I along with my friend Radhya missed our flight to Dubai on 21 Sept.2016 in the late evening and we had to look out for hotel for the night. We just walked in to Centaur Hotel which happened to be the closest to the airport. We were greeted by the well uniformed Doorman who guided us to the Front Desk and promptly our Baggage was taken care by the Porter. We were surprised to see the architectural beauty of the MASSIVE HOTEL LOBBY without any pillars in between. The staff was very courteous and in time completed the Check-in formalities and the room was allotted to us. The room was excellent its ambiance was quite appealing. The porter explained the operations of various electrical gadgets present in the room. We had a comfortable and luxurious sleep. In the morning we had Complimentary Breakfast in Coffee Shop which had lot of variety and found the Quality of food appreciable. we had hassle free Check out. We strongly recommend this hotel. Thanks Centaur Hotel,will come back. Sunny.
