For a woman travelling alone to Delhi on Business is very Harrowing. Before finding Green Valley , i stayed in another Hotel in Noida and was most disappointed . Then I found Green Valley with its wonderful team, especially their Manager Mr. Sunil. It is one of the most safe place for a woman to stay in Delhi. I have had very pleasant experience staying at Green valley.

This hotel is is located just opposite to Nehru Place, supposed to be largest computer market in Asia, in New Delhi! It is also hardly 15 min from Hazarat Nizamuddin Railway station and some 30 min drive to Delhi airport. Saket malls are also near by. It has 12 PM check out time and they seem to be very strict about that. Though many hotels allow few hours pre-check in, but they charge half day if you check in before 12 PM! We had to really bargain hard as our train reached little early at 8AM! The room was good, but there was leakage in the bathroom, so bathroom was wet all the time! The glass on the main table was also broken. Food is good, service is also very good! Room is spacious with all modern amenities! There is bath tub in the bathroom and 24 hours hot and cold water available. Though I was not very happy with this hotel due to early check in issue, bathroom issue, but I can recommend it to others, because of its location! Avoid the room no 325 as it has bathroom leakage, if they offer it, ask for change of room. :) Front desk were very helpful, provide good service about cars and all!

Had a bad experience here, soured by an abusive manager (one Mr.Sunil Das) and stubborn, unrelenting service staff. The hotel and its amenities are quite good, but the management seems to have no care or concern for guests' well being. Go for it if you like being abused by the manager when you ask him for a little help.

This is not a hotel to use if you are intending to have a liesurely stay in Delhi with your spouse. It works better for singles attending conferences or seminars and who just need a night to sleep. We had trouble with booking taxis. They use privately owned cars disguised as taxis and we were charged exhorbitantly for them. Fortunately I am familiar with Delhi and have my own contacts. Staff, specially at the receiption are not professional. The lady charged me wrongly during check out and then smiled and said 'Ooops - I hope that won't be a problem'. Fortunately the difference was an increase in the paise and I wanted to get out of there fast.

The rooms and bathrooms of Hotel Green Valley were contemporary and clean. However, we had to beg the staff to turn on the hot water for bathing. Once it was turned on, we had to beg them to leave it on. We feel as though hot water should be a basic necessity, which should not have to be an issue of bargaining. If you like cold showers, you will like this hotel.
