I don't think i got value for money i paid first time ever in my travel i was refused extra bottle of mineral water and was charged for it.

It's a great place and setting. In spite of winter time, it presented a cosy look but was over dark and cold once we spent time there. Things that were on off dampeners - They kept the door open which made it difficult to keep warm and also was a distraction. Music was loud and soft in patches. There was no theme to the music. Was sparsely staffer which meant we had to wait difficult to call for water and help as needed. Food - soups and starters are good though it had limited options. Team attitude towards errors a dampener. Add to it it was highly over charged. Very avoidable.

In summary: - hotel rooms were dirty and tired in need of a significant facelift - staff were polite but poorly trained in the basics of customer service - strange set up whereby you could only take breakfast in your room and the adjoining restaurant was so dark and gloomy it was almost impossible to see the food. - pretty expensive by Delhi standards for what you got I would strongly recommend you stay somewhere else! I was in Delhi for three days on business and this hotel had been booked for me by someone I was visiting. After one night plagued with issues I left the hotel. The staff at checkout were not overly surprised when I said I was leaving and whilst I complained about all of the issues there was no allowances made with my final bill. I spend a great deal of time travelling and whilst hotel quality varies widely this is down there with the worst I have stayed in.

Was in India for 4 days for a wedding and this hotel was chosen by the brides family for all non-Indian guests. My room was very spacious. bed comfortable. desk with comfortable office chair. Wifi worked well. A/C worked perfectly which was important as the weather was in the 40s. I could see the outdoor pool from my room and it looked lovely but sadly I had no time to go. The elevator is tiny and slow. The hallways were like saunas so by the time I got downstairs to the lobby I was perspiring. Front desk staff we nice and helpful. Location was pretty good but we wanted to go to a few places for which we needed transportation. The first time I asked the front desk staff and they booked me their driver. The price was not clear, the driver spoke English but when I asked him about price he got evasive. I later took the same trip by outside taxi and paid 1/4 the amount. The included breakfast was ok. Sometimes lukewarm which bothered me a bit so I picked my items carefully. Service in that restaurant was exceedingly poor both for breakfast and for other meals. The drinks were tasty but I was a bit concerned that the cold drinks were not made with bottled water. I asked and did not get a clear answer. The smaller restaurant behind the front desk had better service and food was tasty and hot.

For me this hotel works perfectly. It's not super deluxe property but then you get what you pay for. Good rooms could do with soft furnishings I would suggest. But location is top class literally seven minutes from place of work. Clarion you will see me again

Nice rooms with interior fittings, placing of bed, sofa and working table etc. Good room services, can enjoy different types of food, bakery units in the hotel itself to enjoy. The hotel also have accommodation for longer stay
