Great food! Great service! Great accommodation both personal room wise and conference rooms. So grateful we decided to stay here during our visit to India! Also the dosas were amazing and so was our waiter Kubar!

Crowne Plaza Rohini surely must be self rated 5 star because it seriously falls short. Upon walking in you admire the bells and whistles in the beautiful lobby but it is all a facade. Our group of 18 stayed there for 3 nights and we encountered rats and no wifi for two of those nights. The room doesn't even have a mini bar and whilst spacious, it was very cluttered with unnecessary furnishings. Service was not up to the benchmark of a 5 star hotel. The staff meant well but the language barrier was a struggle which meant service was less than polished. For example, our room service orders were incorrect on both nights we ordered it. Our air con did not work and we rang reception twice about this. Both times someone who spoke very little English was sent up but the problem was never rectified and we weren't given the option to change rooms. We also noticed extensive water damage on the hallways of level 12 which resulted in mould. Mould is a hazard to the respiratory system. Another issue was that I stained a towel from washing my hair. I was charged an exuberant amount - 700 rupees (aud$14) for the "misuse" of this towel. I have never been charged by any hotel for this issue ever. The problem was not handled well and this was only brought up to us when we checked out. They claimed they tried to reach us but no message was left on our phone, no note in our room, no contact to our mobiles or contact with the tour organizer. Perhaps this is yet another reflection of their cleanliness standards that they cannot remove simple hair dye from a towel. Have they not heard of bleach?! When we checked out they recorded our credit card details even though we paid our accounts in full. We requested they be deleted off the system but the Manager insisted this was standard practice. This is a straight out lie as other tour members were able to just hand their room keys over when they checked out. We felt like we were discriminated against and singled out. The check out process between the Manager was rather hostile and slow. Overall I do not recommend this hotel. It's not even a good location. It's close to a metro station but it's the very last stop on the red line and not central at all. It's about a 90 min drive from the airport. Seriously, lift your game and get on a real five star level.

It is a very difficult task to reach this star property in west Delhi by Road as there is heavy traffic. Luckily, if you go by metro, it's very fast and convenient too. But, then traveling by metro with luggage after changing metro line at Kashmere gate is not an easy task. So I don't recommend this hotel to tourists who come for sight seeing. The property is very well maintained. Nice rooms, bath room toiletries are branded. Water from bathing cubicle comes out, and should be corrected. Staff is very very courteous and helpful. Hotel is good for conferences too. The health club is nice. Wifi faulty. The worst part is food. The buffet breakfast is not up to the mark for such a hotel. Quality and variety - both need to be improved.

Crowne Plaza did not live up to its 5 star rating. Room service had mistakes every time we ordered. Frustratingly the internet was not available for two days and when you contacted the front desk misleading information about when it would resume was provided. Upon check out my friend and I were charged a ridiculous sum to pay for a towel that was marked when the doona cover they supplied had a stain on it. Then finally after paying for services on my credit card which were approved they recorded my credit card on their database without my permission even when I asked them to remove it. Also their bill had all inaccurate information about name address, title etc. Overall very disappointing experience.

Stayed here in November whilst embarking on a tour of India. Arrived early but staff let us in our room by 7:30am, and were helpful with our questions. Station 5 mins away, although quite a way in to town, but it is do-able if yoou are happy to experience the trains and have time on your hands. There is a shopping centre about 10 mins walk, from the front entrance you go around the back way, BUT from the main road you also reach the mall, some fast food places and supermarket. Only at this hotel two nights and had one breakfast, was good, waiters seemed a bit distracted but later explained they had to get juice fresh so that explained why they kept disappearing and took a while if wanted anything not there, i.e. basic juices. The staff in general were helpful and friendly though. Good business hotel and for those passing through.
