I did not get my free airport transfer. But the hotel guys more than compensated for the deal by providing me with a good room and service staff in excellent behaviour and support.

the stay i was in hotel is very pathetic they are no proper response from the staff every thing we have 2 go for outside to buy this we cant expect from the 3 star hotel

the hotel was terrible starting from lobby to room, wires dangling everywhere, rooms smell of dead rats and poor room service and resturant.

I had written my comments regarding my flight arrival at the comments space, while booking my Room. Produntly I have chosen a hotel which gives free Airport Pick up. Well as soon as I landed and switched my mobile Phone, I had SMS from hotel regarding the cab no and the driver's Mob number. So It was a smooth drive to hotel. No more hunting for a cab or hunting for the place late in the night. Free Internet, and free Gyp added the charm to the show. The hotel is still undergoing modification. I hope when It completes within a month and two, It will be able to provide all A+++ services.

Only location is good rest every thing is worst...dirty & Dark rooms, very rude staff and the hotel has their own policies..they can deny any service any time to you....Its not a hotel its a boys PG ....

This hotel is good for low budget. But service is average,breakfast is average. Staffs are good and co-operative nature. If you are visit places in Delhi and want to book a cab, never book from this hotel. They have not their own car. If you book a car by mistake then beware of their driver specially The Name "Shyam" from Bihar. He is not a good driver and charges maximum amount from traveller, he is totally fraud.

I would say this is an ok place to stay. Reaching there is the toughest part - Uber can't find the precise location. The rooms are ok - the ground floor one was what was used. What I liked though was the friendly front office cum cool who made a great stuffed parata and omelette. The lad even carried my colleagues luggage all the way to the taxi stand - that's beyond the call of duty. The place is a definite option if you have no other place to go to.

Hotel staff friendly. friends needed to change rooms as toilet blocked very noisy from life don't ask for 5th floor room very difficult to find plus side cheap close to the metro and attractions use radha kitchen resturant for breakfast

We were group of 4 people who took up a family suite. We were comfortably adjusted in the family suite which had twin double sharing beds. Not many hotels in Karol Bagh have this option of family suite available. It was long due family reunion where the hotel staff and our comfortable stay made the trip all the more memorable. All in all -- pocket friendly stay+ descent food +Hospitable staff
