Waste of money,I dint like anything in Hotel instead of Gym and the pool..rest everything single thing was just waste.

The hotel was nice, clean, and functional. The food, especially for non-Indians can be improved, especially wrt bread and dairy stuff. Its location is a bit far from the center, but it served us well since we planned to leave town towards east.

Stayed at this property for 5 nights - Not at all impressed. While I understand this is a business hotel but some basics are expected. The shower stall in my bathroom was flooding - I requested the reception for 2 days to send someone to take a look but to no avail - Finally I had to be a bit firm when they sent someone. He took a look and said not much can be done as the slope in the shower stall was incorrect so this is the way it is!! I spoke with my colleagues who had rooms on the same floor and they too said that they were facing a similar problem. Room Service was absolutely pathetic - While taking orders itself the person would say there will be a delay of 45-50 minutes. On asking him why he says they are short staffed and so the delay. When you know you have a full hotel and have banquet bookings you must ensure that there is enough staff. A simple thing like a bucket of ice would take almost 30-35 minutes. The mattress in my room was too soft - the centre part was firm enough, this shows that the softness was not by design but was from wear. Overall not a very pleasant stay.

+: rooms are comfortable, Wi-Fi works well, staff is nice an really helpful, breakfast is good with a lot of choices for everyone, room service is simple but same here you have choices for everyone. -: the area is bit depressing, nothing nearby but that's not really there fault, deco is so so. Nothing really bad, globally a good experience.

I was booked into that hotel second time. BAD EXPERIENCE: After arriving at 3.00 am there was a quite unfriendly welcome at reception. After entering my new room there was a very bad experience. TOILETTE was VERY UGLY and SHABBY. It was with dirt and blood - obviously WAS NOT CLEANED. I insisted to change room. When I had a guest/friend coming to meet me for a business meeting we intended to sit outside at the pool on 3rd level, where also restaurant is located. All the 5 tables outsides were empty without guests. When we approached to take a seat we found ALL TABLES with DIRT from former visitors. Staff was not able to keep it in clean condition. Same with chairs in that area. It was necessary to extra ask the staff to clean tables and chairs. Restaurant is very CROWDED and LOUD during breakfast as well as during dinner. Waiters are lazy and paying less attention to guests. My intention was to change hotel. But unfortunately all surrounding hotels in Noida were fully booked. I complained with management and management was apologizing and explaining. They were also trying to improve service during my stay. But there was not a significant improvement with regard to customer awareness. I gave open feedback to the hotel management at the end of my stay. Never had such a bad experience during my 35 years international travelling. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Definitely I will NEVER PUT A FOOD into Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida.

We started our grand tour of India and Nepal in this hotel. It really is a great hotel with beautiful rooms and good food but it is just too far from anything interesting. We felt a little trapped because of that. There are no real dining options in the vicinity of the hotel so you are basically stuck. Luckily the food is good and they also have a nice pool so after a busy day in Delhi it is a good place to revitalize.
