Waste of money,I dint like anything in Hotel instead of Gym and the everything single thing was just waste.

Beds were not so comfortable. Breakfast was of excellent quality and spread. Staff behaviour needs improvement. At the time of Check in, had an issue regarding booking, which was sorted out by Mr.Dilwar Chauhan.

Great Welcome. Staff appreciated my membership at IHG Hotel Group. Being a Spire Elite member pays off. They gave me a scarf/shawl to wrap around my neck. I love it. I highly recommend this hotel. Great service. Excellent breakfasts. But most of all the Japanese dinner at their Japanese restaurant. Similar to the Kobe chain restaurants in Canada. Great chef. Compared to Kobe in Vancouver this meal was a steal. 1/10 the price.

Its mainly a business hotel with the usual amenities Holiday Inn offers worldwide. However what was surprising that both their restaurants were not able to offer good food. The food was extra salty, over cooked at their 24 hrs coffee shop and the other one was just about average too. With limited options in Noida, has limited choices, I guess

This is a very good hotel with all modern finishes. The staff are excellent, friendly and accommodating. Had an issue with the travel desk but it was resolved promptly and professionally. The only downside is the air pollution odour when you step outside of the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast spread is excellent. They could improve on the strength of the masala tea though as it was the worst we have had in India during our 2 week stay. The prices of meals in the hotel are extremely expensive and in some cases over priced so it would be an option to dine outside of the hotel if you are on a tight budget. I stayed here on 3 occasions in the last 2 weeks. Service was very consistent in the first 2 occasions but slipped a little on the third occasion - I suppose the new years eve rush got to everyone. With that being said, I will definitely stay here again. This hotel is also very close the the Akshardham temple.

Stayed for a conference in the hotel. Location is out of town, getting to any place would be a minimum 25-30 minute taxi (and with having no cash it must be pre-booked from the hotel or Uber). Breakfast is very nice. Gym small and uninviting. They seem to struggle with keeping the mosquitoes out of the lobby...
