I stayed here for a night last week during my trip to delhi. this is centrally located, stone throw away from market, metro station. This place is closeby to karolbagh, pahar ganj, gaffar market. Though the room is neat and tidy, the quality of mattress bedspreads and bathroom is extremely poor. When asked for extra linen, we were given a torn and ultra small one. The staff told me thats the only one they had remaining. The hotel looked empty probably none barring us, they could have given us a better room/exp, i dint complain either as i was tiered from my journey of 15 hours to reach there. The highlight during our stay was breakage of shower in the bath room. the shower did not stop despite all attempts. even the staff could not stop the shower !!! we were shifted to another room, which is where i had the problem of bed and bedsheet. That said, here is the climax, we checked out of the room at noon and left our luggage at the reception, as i had a flight to catch in the evening and had lots of time in hand, we went out shopping and returned few hour later. We were tiered, just looking at us the owner offered us a complementary room for refreshing and he was really engaging, the service staff called us an auto, got our luggage on the cart and saw us though. that completely changed my view. i am assuming the previous day exp was from a staff who could have been new, or allthe more bcos i wasn't fussy !! i would definitely go back again but would demand for better room and amenity next time. after all good gestures always remain in our memories !!
