I would like to say THANKS SO MUCH for good cooperation. I did my booking through booking.com and wanted to stay one night before flight in this hotel. As I came to hotel I got Info that in this hotel can stay only people who have tikets for next flight. The second person who was with me had no tikets for flight and can't enter to hotel. But during the booking this Information was not provided. So I was really shoked, I had to fly to funerals of my grandfather and this misunderstanding made me more sad. It was late time and I needed hotel. After long conversation the personal provided me other Hotel and did not charge any fee. I am very thankful to Manager Mr. Triputhi for good cooperation and understanding. I could recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

Oh brother, this place and these people. Paid full price to reserve our room for an overnight stay between flights, only to be told that there were no rooms and WE had messed up by reserving a room in the international wing instead of the domestic wing which apparently makes our reservation null and void. Although they had no trouble taking our money. The only reason I give them a 2 was there was one employee who took very good care of us, offered us shower pods instead and a lounge to rest in and the opportunity to get something to eat. He stayed with us until we boarded our flight the next morning, helping us with our baggage and negotiating check in. And we did get our money back though they charged us for the shower. He truly tried to help us. However, please do not choose this hotel. The rules around reserving rooms for international flights vs. Domestic are confusing to the point they can take your money then tell you that you messed up by explaining this convoluted rule you unknowingly broke. (We came in international, departed domestic from the same terminal) I'm convinced this hotel is a scam and there really are just a few rooms that they routinely overbook. There were 3 groups of travelers that were turned away like us just during the time we were there. Just don't go here. Get a taxi to a nearby hotel and enjoy a good night's sleep

I had booked this hotel because I was arriving on a late international flight and was meeting a tour group at the airport the next morning. When I finally found the hotel (which took some doing because there is no sign, just a couple of guys sitting at a kiosk) I was informed that I could not stay there because I did not have a flight within 24 hours. At no point was I notified of this while I was making an on-line reservation! So there I was at the airport at midnight after spending more than 24 hours in transit with no room! The guy at the kiosk did say he would cancel the charges and walked me over to the pay-by-the-hour hotel which would not have a room available for two hours! Fortunately, I've been to Delhi and know some decent hotels within a 15-minute drive so I booked one of them and met my tour group the next day. I have contacted Holiday Inn Express in the US about this problem, and they said they would address it. I was not charged form my room.

The hotel is convenient, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Nawab Shah met us and took care of the entire process, which took about 20 minutes. He was professional and very helpful.

The staff is what makes this hotel. Nawab is especially kind and helpful. Arrival from an international to another international flight is wonderful. After 'clearing' security and checking in, you can wander the international terminal. However, arriving from the Domestic side can be challenging. You may have to find the Holiday Inn Express phone in the terminal and ask them to come and meet you to get into the hotel. Once in the domestic side of the hotel, you are kind of confirmed to the hotel and cannot wander around the terminal until you leave to check in for your next flight. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The shower is nice but the soap and shampoo are in dispensers. I have stayed here several times and for me it beats leaving the terminal to get a hotel when you have a 7 hour or less layover.
