check in was very smooth and Ekta mandal the best staff member she and her colleague Shubham were very helpful the room was good but the taps in the shower were very stiff i will tell my friend about the hotel and recommend it in new Delhi

very centrally located hotel. Great service, good prices, fantastic food. I love the place. It has an old world charm to it. Very courteous staff. Great experience staying here. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is OK, but expensive for what they offer you are also charged for a bunch of luxury taxes I didn't see at other hotels during my stay in India. The breakfast buffet has many options but is not impressive, I had better food at other places, nothing outstanding. Staff is awful, we asked to be charged to a different card from the one we left for checking in and the guy at reception said he couldn't and just did the charge to the card he wanted without further explanation. We asked for a table for 4 at the restaurant and the hostess asked "together? there are 2 tables of 2", when we confirmed, she rolled her eyes and went to set up the table. I ordered an omelet at the omelet breakfast station and didn't get an answer from the guy, so wasn't sure if he heard me and repeated the order, he then yelled at me that he had heard me but couldn't do it at that moment... so in general rude staff for a 5 star luxury hotel. I stayed in 6 diff hotels while in India and this was the worst.

Very nice staff and good food overall! I Can recommend to all those visiting New Delhi! Mostly Indian and Chinese food! Very nice Indian bread! Breakfast is mostly Indian food! Few continental options!
