Complaint...........The hotel did not allow me to stay in spite of a confirmed booking giving the excuse that the booking was not confirmed by travel guru hence they relocated me in another hotel which is the worst kind of service u can expect out of a confirmed booking

I never had the chance to stay at the florence inn, as I was told when I arrived, that it was full and i was moved to another hotel within the group called the florence, the std of the florence was ok but not as good as the Florence Inn. I find the whole experience unacceptable.experience unacceptable.

We stayed at the Hotel Florence for 1 night. The hotel is located in Karol Bagh right next to a market where you can do lots of good shopping. The staff are very helpful. The Deluxe Room is an excellent value for money. The room was clean and equipped with TV (which I definitely needed). And I would like to recommend it to every person, looking for a decent place to stay.h TV (which I definitely needed). This is a very attractive, clean and convenient hotel. While the staff inside the hotel is very good, the staff manning the front desk seems overstretched to the point that they cannot be as helpful as tourists need.

Clean room, comfortable bed, satisfactory breakfast. Attentive staff, good location with shops and stalls nearby. Areas for improvement: the exterior of windows should be washed. Also, the wi-fi is spotty - wi-fi was not accessible from our room, and was "unstable " in the lobby.

We go very often to Florence Inn, since the first time we always choose it becouse of many aspects. They are serious with the reservations, the staff its very kind and helpful. The location its just great, near the carol bagh market but in a quiet and clean place. the rooms and good, the biggers ones are great and the small also, but you should take the big if you are planning to stay more than one night. They provide all the services and everything its working. So very good at florence, we fell there always like at home. ;) Pamela & Martin

This hotel is in a good location for shopping and sightseeing. There's a good bar just walking distance and some good restaurants too. The shopping street gets very busy during the day but you can pick up some great gifts. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good for a short stopover.

We stayed here twice during our India trip and were very happy with the location & the hotel in general. If you are driving you will get stuck in lots of market traffic but it is only a 2 minute walk to the metro station & which is fast, efficient & well connected. The hotel itself was clean & comfortable. The hot water was great. Breakfast was basic but sufficient and there are many restaurants nearby. The wifi was standard for what we used in India - not the best, not the worst. We would stay again. Only negative is the water bottles in the room are not complimentary. We stayed at much cheaper places where bottled/filtered water was provided free of charge.

We stayed in this hotel recently for two nights. The location is right in the middle of the city streets and there are a lot of people outside. It feels a little unsafe. Our stay here was ok but compared to other hotels in India, I have to rate this poor. The staff were rude-the front desk didn't listen to our requests, the porters complained about the amount of tip we gave and they were generally unhelpful. The only redeeming feature was the staff in the restaurant who were very helpful and efficient. The food however, wasn't great-greasy and not a lot of choice. The hotel over all felt a bit unloved.
